复烤烟箱打包信息系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 本文讲述的是在给云南某复烤厂开发烟箱打包工段装箱烟叶信息管理系统过程中发现的一些问题和解决方法。主要内容是讲述利用Power builder数据库应用程序开发平台和Dream Weaver网页制作平台联合开发C/S和B/S相结合的信息管理系统和标签智能打印的方法和应用的主要相关技术。 文章中讲述了数据库的发展历程和各个阶段数据库技术发展的主要特征,并他们分别作了介绍和比较、分析。另外,文章中对整个系统的组网方式以及两种开发平台的优缺点和各种组网方式的优缺点作了一个概括性的描述。文章的重点部分是对项目实施中所用的主要技术的讲解。其中包括:数据采集技术,分为重量数据采集和温度、水分数据采集两部分:暂存技术,就是利用两个事物对象同时连接两个不同的数据库,并且详细的叙述了如何声明事物对象和需要注意的事项;控制模块主要讲述了如何利用PC机串口实现电脑对工业电机动作的控制,并且如何利用数组队列原理实现烟箱皮重和毛重一一对应的方法;在防止非法关机模块讲述了结构体和自定义用户对象的定义和声明、使用方法,以及如何利用PB调用Win32函数实现通过电脑控制的自动关机,防止工人非法关机造成操作系统的损坏和生产数据的丢失。另外,本文还利用较大的篇幅讲述了在用Dreamweaver做B/S结构应用程序时应该注意的两个大问题。一个是在做B/S结构应用程序时操作系统必须要安装的插件的安装;一个是在做B/S结构时最容易出问题的数据库连接中应该注意的事项和解决方法。 此次项目的实施在全国烟草行业中尚属首次。最主要的是解决了装箱烟叶毛重和皮重一一对应的问题,将复烤企业装箱烟叶的净重误差控制在±50g以内,彻底解决了装箱烟叶净重误差大的难题。而且,由于整个系统的主要数据都由电脑自动采集完成,使液压打包工段的自动化程度的到了大幅度的提升。另外,所有装箱烟叶的工艺参数都在数据库中存档备案,并且进行了条码管理,为烟叶出厂后的质量追踪提供了可靠的依据。在整个系统投入使用后,使复烤厂的成品烟叶方面的管理上了一个新的高度,美观大方的不干胶条码标签,使烟叶的管理和使用都更加方便,得到了用户的一致好评!更多还原

【Abstract】 Whom this text tell in give a Yunnan tobacco re-drying enterprise develop smoke-box bale section case some problems and solutions that tobacco leaf find of the information management system course. The main content tell that utilize Power builder database application program developing platform associate with Dream Weaver web page making flat to develop C/S configuration combine B/S configuration with jointly information management system and label printing at intelligence for method and technology relevant mains of application.The paper told that the development course of the database and main characteristic of the technical development of the database of each stages, and they have recommended and compared, analyzed separately. In addition, paper make a description of generality to whole group network way and two pluses and minuses and pluses and minuses of different network way of the group of developing platform of system. The key part of the article is to the explanation of the main technology used in project implementation. Including: Data gather technology, divide into gather with temperature, moisture datum gathering two parts for weight data;Keep in technology is to utilize two thing target join two different database at the same time, and detailed narration how declare thing target and need item that notice;The controlled module mainly told how to utilize the computer now of a bunch of cause for gossip of the PC to the flexible control that made of industry electricity, and how to make use of formation principle of the array to realize the tare of the smoke box and one-one method of gross weight;Preventing the illegal shut-down module from telling structural body and self-defining user’s target definition , statement, operation method , and how to utilize PB to transfer Win32 function and realize passing the automatic shut-down of computer control, it causes the losing of the damage of the operating system and production data to prevent workers from shut down illegally. In addition, this text utilize greater space tell in with Dream Weaver two big problems that should notice make B/S structural application program, too. One is installation of plug-in package that the operating system must be installed while making B/S structural application program;One is item and solution that the aptest to go wrong database should be paid attention to while joining while doing B/S structure.The implementation of this project still belongs to the first time in the nationaltobacco trade. The main one is that have solved the gross weight and tare of tobacco leaf of casing one-one problem, and make tobacco re-drying enterprise’s encasement tobacco leaf weight error to limit to ± 50g, solve encasement tobacco leaf weight error loud difficult problem completely. Moreover, because the key data of the whole system is gathered and finished automatically by the computer, the ones that made the hydraulic pressure bale automatic intensity of the section had reached the promotion by a large margin. In addition, all craft parameters of encasement tobacco leaf file is put in the database and recorded, and has carried on bar code management. It offered the reliable basis for the fact that the trail of quality the tobacco leaf after the tobacco leaf is dispatched from the factory. After whole system is brought into operation operation, make the management of the re-drying enterprise finished managerial get a new height.
