【摘要】 目的：通过观察中药天香丹颗粒治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响，探讨其对改善冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者生活质量的作用与相关机理。方法：根据随机、对照的原则，将符合观察标准的患者随机分为治疗组(西医基础治疗加天香丹颗粒)55例、对照Ⅰ组(西医基础治疗加通心络胶囊)50例，对照Ⅱ组(西医基础治疗加硝酸脂类药物)51例，3个月为一疗程，观察患者治疗前后心绞痛症状、中医证候综合指标与心电图的变化，并运用简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)及西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评价患者治疗前后生活质量的变化。结果：(1)三组患者的心绞痛症状均有改善，治疗组总有效率81.82％，对照Ⅰ组总有效率82.00％，对照Ⅱ组总有效率72.55％，三组差异无统计学意义(P＜0.05)。但在减少心绞痛发作次数及持续时间方面治疗组与对照Ⅰ组优于对照Ⅱ组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。(2)治疗后三组患者心电图疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。(3)三组患者的中医综合证候有明显改善(P＜0.05)，治疗组、对照Ⅰ组患者中医综合征候改善的总有效率均优于对照Ⅱ组(P＜0.05)。(4)治疗后三组患者的生活质量均有不同程度改善(P＜0.05)，治疗组在改善患者生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力方面与对照Ⅱ组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；对照Ⅰ组在改善患者生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛方面与对照Ⅱ组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组在改善患者精力方面优于对照Ⅰ组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。SAQ心绞痛量表结果表明：治疗后三组患者在躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作情况方面较治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of Tianxiangdan Granule for the improvement of quality of life of CHD patients. Method: 156 stable angina patients were randomized into 3 groups, 55 cases as treatment group,in which a basic western medicine combined with Tianxiangdan Granule be applied.50 cases as controlled group I ,with basic western medicine combined with Tongxinluo Capsule and another 51 cases as controlled group II with basic western medicine combined with Isosorbide Dinitrate Tablet. One courses of treatment which lasted for 3 months were undergone. During the courses of treatment, the following were observed to assess patients’ quality of life, clinical symptoms of angina, EKG reading, survey Sf-36 of the patients’ health, and Seattle’s angina SAQ indicator. Results: After 3 months treatment, three group have good curative effect at angina pectoris and EKG. The treatment group and controlled group I were significantly better than controlled groups 2 in angina pectoris Chinese medical symptoms (P <0.05), and the quality of life also were significantly better than controlled group II . Conclusions: Tianxiangdan Granule is effective in the treatment of CHD angina pectoris,and have good effectiveness in improving the quality of life.更多还原
