套袋对番茄果实生长发育及品质的影响

【摘要】 套袋栽培技术现广泛应用于果品生产,可有效降低果实农药残留,防止果面锈斑,减少病虫果率和裂果率,改善果实品质,是目前生产无公害果品,提高果实商品价值的重要技术措施。有鉴于此,套袋技术开始在果菜生产中应用。但由于蔬菜生长发育周期及其栽培环境与果树有很大的不同,其应用效果尚不清楚。为此,本文研究了早春露地和越冬温室番茄套袋栽培过程中,不同果袋内微生态环境的变化规律,及其对番茄果实生长发育、果实特性、风味品质和农药残留的影响,旨在为蔬菜套袋栽培提供理论依据和技术支持。其主要试验结果如下:1.早春露地番茄套袋试验结果表明,不同材质果袋均具有降低光强、提高温度、增加湿度的作用,其中塑料袋的作用最为显著;套袋均可增加番茄单果重,尤以硫酸纸袋对果实的促长作用为大,其单果重高于对照13.66%,但塑料袋处理果实的成熟期最早。此外,不同材质果袋对番茄风味品质的影响不同,硫酸纸袋显著提高了果实的可溶性糖含量以及糖酸比,对番茄风味有较好的改善作用。从而初步确定了硫酸纸袋是最适合春茬番茄的果袋。2.越冬番茄套袋可显著改善番茄果实发育的微生态环境,促进果实发育,提早果实成熟,增加单果重。但由于不同材质果袋对果实生长发育微生态环境的影响不同,套袋的效果也不相同。硫酸纸袋内光照、湿度介于塑料袋与无纺布袋之间,除上午温度低于塑料袋外,下午及夜间的温度较高,因此,硫酸纸袋处理的番茄果实膨大速率较高,收获时单果重较对照增加了15.34%,但果实可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、维生素C含量和糖酸
【Abstract】 Bagging was widely used in fruit production. Bagging which can effectively reduce pesticide residua, disease and insect fruit rate and split fruit rate, protect from fruit dot, improve fruit quality is an important method to produce green fruit and advance commodity value of fruit. Therefore, bagging was applied in fruit vegetable production. But because the development peroid and environment cultivated of vegetable are different from these of fruit, the conclusion is not very clear. In open bagging culture in spring and wintering greenhouse bagging cultivation, the change of microenvironment in different type bags and effects of bagging on fruit development, characteristics, quality and pesticide residua were determined, aiming to provide theory and practice guide of tomato bagging cultivation. The main resuluts are as follows:1. The results of open bagging culture in spring showed that the plastic bag’s effect was much more obvious than the other treatments, though the light intensity was declined, and the temperature, the moisture were increased in different texture bags. Bagging with all the texture bags could increase fruit weight, but the effect of parchment bag on single fruit weight was significantly 13.66% higer than that of non-bagging, and mature period was earliest in plastic bags. In addition, there were different effects of different texture bags on the quality and tastiness of tomato fruit. The soluble sugar content and the ratio of sugar and acid were increased, and the quality was improved significantly in parchment bags. Therefore, parchment bag is the most suitable
