【摘要】 1945年9月2日,日本战败投降。美国为避免日本再次成为西太平洋的威胁与削弱日本,在美国的主导下日本进行了广泛的改革。但是1947年杜鲁门主义出台以及1950年朝鲜战争的爆发等一系列国际形势的突变,促使美国以削弱日本为目的的占领政策发生逆转,美日从敌对国转化为盟友国。因此,美国对日政策的战略转变对日本的政治、经济、文化及外交关系等诸多方面产生了深远的影响。 本文论述了战后美国主导下的对日政策的前后转变过程及美国对日政策发生转变的原因,美国主导下的日本改革不彻底性之具体表现,重点分析战后日本改革不彻底对当今日本社会造成的影响。对这一课题的探讨有助于理解日本在历史问题认识上的倒退及中日关系恶化的历史原因。 正文部分分为三章。第一章介绍战后初期美国的对日改革及其战略转变。包括战后初期美国的对日占领政策的规划,美国主导下的对日改革及美国对日政策的战略转变。第二章阐述美国对日改革的不彻底性之表现:天皇制得以保留、审判战犯草草收场、复兴日本经济、重整军备。第三章分析战后美国主导下的对日改革的不彻底性对当今日本社会的影响,具体表现为近几年日本的政治右倾化、军事大国化、国民思潮趋向保守化等。结论部分进行历史反思,指出当今日本之所以政治右倾化加剧、国民思潮保守化,一方面在于战后美国的扶日政策,另一方面在于日本右翼势力不断壮大。因此,日本只有以正确的态度看待二战侵略史,才能顺利实现政治大国的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Japan was defeated and surrendered on September 2 1945. To avoid japan become the danger of west pacific of US and weaken Japan, America carried on the widespread reforms. But a series of sudden change of international situations happened including the Truman Doctrine appeared in 1947 as well as the Korean War eruption in 1950 and so on .The goal of weakening Japan changed into supporting Japan and the ralationship between them transformed from the hostile country as the ally country. so, Japan was bought into the US global strategy track. Thus, the reforms produced the profound influence to Japan’s politics、 economy、 culture and the diplomatic relations and so on.This article discussed the transformation process of postwar policy under American leadership and discuss the reason of policy transformation and unthorough reforms in Japan. The key analysis lied in influence created on Japanese society which was due to unthorough postwar Japan reforms.Researching this topic Is helpful to understand the receding of the Japan’s historic treat and the reason of worsen relations between China and Japan.The main text divides into three chapters. First introduced reforms under leadership in postwar initial period and strategic transformation. This chapter included American’s plan to Japan after the occupation in postwar initial period and the Japanese reforms under the American leadership and the strategic transformation made by America .Second chapter elaborates the concrete contents of unthorough reforms made by America. The third chapteranalyze the influence created on Japanese society which was due to unthorough postwar Japan reforms, the concrete manifestation are Japan’s political right deviation in recent years, the military nation trend, the conservative ideological trend of nation and so on. The conclusion part pointed out Japan’s right deviation trend of Japan’s politics and the right trend of nation’s ideology was due to unthorough reforms, which caused by US’s supporting policy and right winger’s extend. If Japan cannot treat the issue of history rightly it will not achieve the goal of great nation smoothly.更多还原
