【摘要】 本文从经济学的基本问题——需求的无限性与资源的稀缺性出发,分析区域经济运行中,交通运输对于有限资源的有效合理配置所起到的推动作用。 交通运输是国民经济发展的命脉,也是区域经济持续快速发展重要的支撑、服务和保障体系的组成部分。交通运输是生产过程在流通领域的继续,虽然不创造有形物质产品,但是通过交通运输功能的发挥,缩小了资源流通的时空距离,扩大了社会经济活动的范围,实现了在某个范围内财富的合理化,并创造出某种形式的空间价值与时间价值。 随着社会经济的发展,交通运输不仅缓解了区域经济发展过程中出现的有限资源要素在空间结构上与产业结构上配置的矛盾,而且对经济的带动作用日益重要。尤其是公路运输的建设和发展影响到区域内的经济和社会环境,不仅改善了区域投资环境,吸引外资,扩大了对外开放,而且改变沿线地区的工业布局和产业结构,整合区域内各种经济资源,还影响了区域内企业的发展战略,物流体系等,交通运输的发展对于推动区域经济的建设,改变人们的思维观念等方面有着极为重要的作用。归纳起来交通运输对区域经济的作用就是提高了社会的运行效率,也提高了区域内资源要素的利用效率。 研究分析这一问题的意义在于:有利于把握区域经济发展的趋势;通过研究两者之间的关系,促进区域发展目标的实现;从某种意义上更多还原

【Abstract】 The dissertation based on the contradiction between the infinity of demand and scarcity of resource that is a basic problem of economics. It analyzed effect of transportation to make full use of resource on the running of regional economics from this contradiction.The transportation is the vitals of national economics;also, it is a very importance part of system which support, serve and indemnify for the regional economics. The transportation continued the process of produce in the current field. Depending on the function of the transportation exertion, it shortened distance of the resource currency and broadened the bound of economic activity, although the transportation don’t produce tangible product. The transportation carried out rationalization of wealth in a certain region and created a specific value.Along with economical development, the transportation not only alleviates the contradiction of the limited resource collocation in spatial structure and industrial structure in the process of regional economics developing, also the effect to promote regional economics is important gradually. Especially, the construction and the development of transportation affect economics and society in the region. Transportation not only improved the regional investment environment, attracted foreign capital, expanded opening to the foreign, but changed the industriallayout and structure, conformed to the resource in the region. Also, transportation influenced the enterprise’s developmental strategy and the system of logistics and so on. It is very important to impel economics development and change people’s thought that the transportation developed. In a word, the function of transportation is to promote the efficiency of society operating and make full use of the resource in the region.The significance to research this question as following: it is useful to grasp the development tendency of regional economics;It can get the goal of regional economics development easily by researching the relation between the transportation and regional economics;the difference of transportation condition decided the development difference of the regional economics to some degree;it is necessary to sustainable development and the market opening that to strengthen research it;it is helpful to study the active function of transportation to promote the competitive ability of regional economics though researching the correlation.The dissertation qualified the relative concept of transportation and regional economics firstly, and provides the argument after studying the predecessor’s findings, after that, it studied the influence principle between transportation and regional economics from macroscopic and microscopic aspects. Thirdly it analyzed the function of transportation tothe "new energy and industrial base" strategy of Shanxi Province and researched the transportation playing the vital role as well as to establishes the" harmonious society". Fourthly, it carries on a little quantitative analysis based on the data of economics development about Shanxi Province. It treats the region economics growth as the function and takes the transportation as the variable. It proves the relevant relation between transportation and regional economics by data change.The dissertation uses mainly the contrast analysis, the balanced analysis, the process analysis the system analysis and the quota and the qualitative analysis unified and so on, through these analyze the relation between transportation and regional economics. The deficiency of this dissertation is that it lacks the correlative mathematics knowledge and the correlation data and does not get a concrete data relation between them.更多还原
