【摘要】 我国当前正处于社会转型时期,社会转型必然导致新旧规范、社会机制、价值观念等方面的冲突和矛盾,社会张力表面化,社会的稳定性降低。由利益矛盾、利益分化、利益冲突和利益重组所引发的群体性事件日渐增多,并以其危害性大、涉及面广、社会影响大等特点成为我国转型期人民内部矛盾体系中严重影响社会稳定的一个突出矛盾。正确认识我国当前群体性事件的性质和规律,探索其形成的深层原因,研究其社会功能,并有针对性地提出标本兼治的对策和措施,对于把我国建设成为中国特色的社会主义现代化强国,构建全面、和谐、稳定的小康社会,都具有十分重要的现实意义。因此,对群体性事件的研究成为学术界一项崭新而又紧迫的课题。 本文从辩证唯物主义矛盾论的角度出发,力求对群体性事件的矛盾基础、性质、成因、社会功能及其应对作出较为客观、深入、理性的分析。笔者认为群体性事件是人类社会矛盾运动的产物,是社会进步的必然阵痛和代价,是现阶段我国人民内部矛盾的一种极端表现形式。它植根于当前我国错综复杂的人民内部矛盾体系之中,由我国转型期政治、经济、社会意识等深层矛盾引发,在对我国社会稳定和政治稳定形成严重威胁的同时也释放了我国社会久积的社会能量,警示着我国社会的深层矛盾,对保持我国社会的长期稳定及发展具有一定的积极功能。因此我们必须通过经济、政治、文化等各个领域的共同发展,有效地化解群体性事件,并使其成为推动我国社会和谐、健康、稳定发展的动力之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our country is being in social transition period now, which necessarily cause conflict and contradiction of new and old standard, social mechanism value concept and so on, and which lead to the surface of social tension and reducing of social stability. The growing group incidents caused by interest contradiction become the most serious outstanding contradiction in people internal contradiction system in the transition period which affect the social stability with its strong harm, broad concerned surface and profound social influence .Correctly knowing the regulation and nature of the current group incidents of our country, exploring its deep reason of formation, studying its social function and specifically putting forward thoroughly counter measures possesses very important realistic significance for construction the modern powerful and socialism country with Chinese characteristic and establishing the overall harmonious ,steady and well-off society. Therefore, the research of group incidents becomes a brand-new and pressing academic program.This paper try to objectively thoroughly and rationally analysis the foundation of social contradiction , nature , social cause of formation and social function of the group incidents , form country contradictory theory of dialectics materialism .The author thinks that group incidents is the outcome of the human social contradictory sport , is the inevitable painand price of social progress, is a kind of extremely contradictory expression form of people’s inter contradiction in the current stage of our country .It is initiated by the deep contradictions of politics ,economic and social consciousness during the transition period which forms serious threat to stability of the society and politics of our country ,and meanwhile releases the social energy that is a accumulated for a long time ,warns the deep contradiction of our country, and possesses the objective and positive function for maintaining the long social stability and development .Therefore ,we must dissolve group incidents efficiently by the common development of every field ,such as economy, politics and culture and make it one of the social power of promoting the harmonious ,healthy and stable society.更多还原
