【摘要】 本文由导言和四章构成。首先,笔者在评述竞争政策的理论基础及研究现状的基础上,分析了在WTO框架下提出贸易与竞争政策议题的依据、竞争政策国际协调的必要性以及WTO框架下贸易与竞争政策国际协调的进展情况。接着,笔者借鉴开放经济条件下贸易与竞争政策关系模型分析了有代表性的各成员方立场,强调了发展中成员参与WTO谈判的立场,并探讨了WTO框架下贸易与竞争政策议题的前景。随后,笔者重点关注中国,在分析中国竞争政策现状的基础上,尝试提出了中国参与WTO框架下竞争政策议题谈判的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis consists of introduction and four chapters. Firstly, this article summarizes and analyzes some economic theories that govern competition policy. It provides the bases for discussions in later analyses of the reason of the emergence of the need to harmonize competition policies and the reason and the course of setting up the subject of trade and competition policies in the framework of the WTO. Secondly, this paper focuses on the discussion of solutions to trade related competition issues in the framework of the. WTO, analyzes various opinions of various countries, and discusses the prospects of trade and competition policies in the WTO. Lastly, the author focuses on China, analyzes the competition policy of China, then gives the author’s thoughts on constructing China’s competition policies regime and China’s position in the negotiation.更多还原
