蒙古羊与多塞特羊体内氧化和抗氧化系统与消化道线虫感染关系的研究

【摘要】 为了比较无角多塞特引进品种和本地蒙古羊在放牧状态下体内氧化和抗氧化系统,及其与消化道线虫感染的关系,本文采用直肠粪检虫卵计数法和紫外可见分光光度法、静脉血涂片法,对无角多赛特羊和蒙古羊两个品种羊的三个不同年龄段,即羔羊、育成羊、成年羊进行消化道线虫调查和血清中羟自由基(?OH)、一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide, NO)、丙二醛(Maleic Dialdehyde,MDA)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(Total Superoxide Dismutase, T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione Peroxidase, GSH-Px)、总抗氧化力(Total Superoxide Dismutase, TAC)活性的测定,同时进行嗜酸性粒细胞(Acidophic granulocytes, eosinopi,EOS)计数。结果显示:秋季无角多塞特羔羊的线虫感染强度和感染率均显著高于蒙古羔羊(P﹤0.05),并且秋季无角多塞特育成羊、成年羊的线虫感染强度和感染率均明显高于蒙古育成羊、成年羊;嗜酸性粒细胞计数结果显示,秋季无角多塞特羔羊极显著高于蒙古羔羊(P﹤0.01),并且秋季无角多塞特育成羊、成年羊的EOS明显高于蒙古育成羊、成年羊,但春季无角多塞特和蒙古羊线虫感染强度和感染率、EOS差异均不显著;无角多塞特羊春季和秋季血清中?OH、MDA的含量均显著高于同季节蒙古羊(P﹤0.05),并且秋季无角多塞特和蒙古羊血清中?OH、MDA的含量显著高于春季(P﹤0.05);无角多塞特羊春季和秋季血清中NO的含量与蒙古羊同季节相比差异均显著,但秋季无角多塞特羊血清中NO的含量显著性高于春季(P﹤0.05);蒙古羊血清中GSH-Px的活性春季和秋季均显著高于无角多塞特羊(P﹤0.05),秋季无角多塞特与蒙古羊血清中GSH-Px的活性均比春季显著性降低(P﹤0.05);无角多塞特羊血清中T-SOD、TAC的活性春季和秋季与蒙古羊同季节相比差异均不显著,但秋季T-SOD、TAC的活性显著性低于春季(P﹤0.05)。随着绵羊体内消化道线虫的数量的增多,引起?OH、MDA、NO、T-SOD、GSH-Px、TAC的含量或活性相应变化,这些变化表明其直接或间接参与了宿主抗消化道线虫的反应体系,而无角多塞特与蒙古羊?OH、MDA、NO含量和T-SOD、GSH-Px、TAC活性的差异,说明无角多塞特羊体内抗氧化能力低于蒙古羊。

【Abstract】 In order to comparativly study on the infectious regularity of edlworms in alimentary tract and the relationship between it and the system of oxidation or anti-oxidation in mongolia sheep and dorset sheep in pasture, the method of counting worm eggs of feces in rectumt ,the method of smearing by venous blood and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used to determine the amount of edlworms in alimentary tract,eosinophile granulocyte (EOS) in blood and the content of hydroxy radical(?OH), nitric oxide(NO),maleic dialdehyde(MDA),total superoxide Dismutase(T-SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and total antioxidant capacity (TAC) in blood of lamb, young an adult mongolia sheep and dorset sheep .The result exhibited infectious rate and intensity of edlworm in dorset lamb was signigicantly higer than those in mongolia lamb in autumn(P﹤0.05 ),the infectious rate and intensity of edlworm in young and adult dorset sheep were higer than those in young and adult mongolia sheep in autumn.The amount of eosinophile granulocyte in blood of dorset lamb was signigicantly higer than that of mongolia lamb in autumn(P﹤0.01), The amount of eosinophile granulocyte in blood of young and adult dorset sheep was higer than those in young and adult mongolia sheep in autumn.There is not significantly difference in infectious rate ,intensity of edlworm and the amount of eosinophile granulocyte between mongolia sheep and dorset sheep in spring.The content of hydroxy radical(?OH)and maleic dialdehyde(MDA) in blood of dorset sheep in spring and autumn were significantly higher than those of Mongolia sheep in spring and autumn(P﹤0.05),and the content of hydroxy radical(?OH)and maleic dialdehyde(MDA)in blood of Mongolia and dorset sheep in autumn are significantly higher than those of Mongolia and dorset in spring(P﹤0.05),but there was not significantly difference in the content of nitric oxide(NO) in blood between mongolia sheep and dorset sheep in spring or autumn. Hwever, the content of nitric oxide(NO) in blood of mongolia sheep and dorset sheep in autumn was higher than those of mongolia sheep and dorset sheep in spring(P﹤0.05).The content of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in blood of mongolia sheep in spring or autumn was higer than the of dorset sheep in spring or autumn(P﹤0.05),the content of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in blood of mongolia sheep and dorset sheep in autumn was lower
