玉米秸秆与柠条混合微贮组合效应的研究

【摘要】 本试验对三种比例玉米秸秆与柠条混合饲料进行菌剂和酶制剂微贮处理,并以内蒙古细毛羊作为试验对象,研究不同比例混合微贮饲料营养物质含量、采食量及瘤胃降解率变化,并对其进行了组合效应分析,探讨玉米秸秆与柠条混合微贮饲料是否能提高单一饲料的饲用价值,且是否存在组合效应。研究结果表明:①通过对玉米秸秆与柠条混合饲料微贮前后营养成分的对比分析可知,微贮处理显著降低混合饲料的纤维类物质含量(P﹤0.05)。②对柠条与玉米秸秆混合饲料进行菌剂、酶制剂处理,其效果优于菌剂、酶制剂处理单一柠条微贮饲草,而且添加0.1%、0.3%菌剂和添加0.05%、0.1%、0.15%酶制剂的30%柠条组及添加0.05%酶制剂50%柠条组的感官评定达到优质微贮饲草标准。③将所有混合饲草的DMI进行对比分析可知,绵羊对菌剂、酶制剂处理微贮饲草的DMI显著高于未经微贮处理混合饲草(P﹤0.05),而且酶制剂处理玉米秸秆与柠条混合饲草的适口性比菌剂处理效果好。④经菌剂处理的玉米秸秆与柠条混合微贮饲草,其DM、OM、CP、NDF、ADF、ADL降解率均介于玉米秸秆和柠条各营养物质降解率之间。而用酶制剂制成的微贮饲草中,添加0.15%酶制剂的70%柠条组的OM降解率、添加0.05%酶制剂的30%柠条组的DM、OM降解率及添加0.15%酶制剂的30%柠条组的DM、OM、ADF降解率与玉米秸秆、柠条DM、OM、ADF降解率差异显著(P<0.05)。⑤添加0.05%酶制剂的30%柠条组DM、NDF实际降解率均高于玉米秸秆和柠条DM、NDF降解率的加权值,表现为正组合效应。因此,在实际生产中,玉米秸秆和柠条可以组合饲喂家畜,但必须考虑适宜的组合比例及最佳的酶制剂添加量。⑥综合分析试验结果,表明菌剂处理对玉米秸秆与柠条混合饲草饲用价值的改善不明显,酶制剂处理可显著改善饲草的饲用价值,而且添加0.05%酶制剂的30%柠条组的改善效果最佳。

【Abstract】 In this experiment, Maize straw and Caragana were mixed with different proportion to study their feeding values for sheep raising. Feeding values, in terms of nutrient contents, animal intakes and rumen degradation of the mixed feed of Maize straw and Caragana were evaluated after microbial dosage and enzyme dosage treatments. Besides, the combine effect of the mixed feed were analyzed to discuss whether they can improve the feeding value of single feed(Maize straw or Caragana) or not, and if exist the combine effect between the mixed feed. The result are as follows.①The treatments of micro-organism treatment reduced the fiber substances content of mixed feed significantly(P﹤0.05).②The effect of bacteria and enzyme dosage treatments to the mixed feed of Maize straw and Caragana surpassed the effect of bacteria and enzyme dosage treatments to single Caragana, and the organoleptic investigation of 30% Caragana group both adding 0.1%, 0.3% bacteria dosage and adding 0.05%、0.1%、0.15% enzyme dosage as well as 50% Caragana group adding 0.05% enzyme dosage all reached the standard of fine quality micro-organism treatment forage.③DMI of sheep to the mixed forages with bacteria and enzyme dosage treatments significant higher than to the mixed forage with non- micro-organism treatment (P﹤0.05), and the palatability of mixed forage of Maize straw and Caragana with enzyme dosage treatments better than the one of bacteria dosage treatments.④DM、OM、CP、NDF、ADF、ADL degradation of Maize straw and Caragana admixture forage with bacteria dosage treatments higher than non- micro-organism treatment Caragana, but lower than non- micro-organism treatment Maize straw. There were a significant difference between the OM degradation of 70% Caragana group adding 0.15% enzyme dosage, DM and OM degradation of 30% Caragana group adding 0.05% enzyme dosage, DM, OM and ADF degradation of 30% Caragana group adding 0.15% enzyme dosage and DM、OM、ADF degradation of Maize straw and Caragana(P﹤0.05).⑤The DM, NDF degradation of 30% Caragana group supplemented 0.05% enzyme dosage displayed positive combine effect. Therefore, Maize straw and Caragana can be mixed to feed domestic animal in practical production, but should to consider the proper combine ration and optimization supplementation of enzyme dosage.⑥Using the bacteria dosage to treat the forage of maize straw and Caragana did not
