用BLUP和MTDFREML对敖汉细毛羊遗传评定和遗传参数估计
Genetic Eveluation and Genetic Parameter Estimation in Aohan Merino Sheep Using BLUP and MTDFREML

【摘要】 本研究对敖汉细毛羊主要性状的非遗传因素进行分析,采用动物模型最佳线性无偏预测(BLUP)和多性状非求导约束最大似然法(MTDFREML)对不同模型进行比较研究,估计了12个主要性状的方差组分、遗传参数和育种值。结果表明:出生年份或性状鉴定年份对所有性状有显著影响;性别和场别对所有早期性状有显著影响,场别还对产毛性状中的剪毛量、体重和毛长度有显著影响;出生类型对所有产毛性状无显著影响,但对早期性状中的初生重、断乳重、断乳毛长度和断乳毛细度有显著影响;母亲年龄对初生重和断乳重有显著影响,对其余性状无显著影响;年龄对毛密度分和毛油汗分无显著影响,对其余产毛性状有显著影响。模型(1)适合估计周岁重、断乳毛长度和断乳毛细度;模型(4)适合估计初生重和断乳重;模型(5)适合估计产毛量、体重和毛长度;模型(7)适合估计毛细度、毛弯曲分、毛密度分和毛油汗分。早期性状中,初生重、断乳重、周岁重、断乳毛长度和断乳毛细度的遗传力估计值分别为:0.21、0.21、0.10、0.14、0.10,它们之间的遗传相关系数估计值依次为:0.44、0.02、0.27、0.27、0.64、0.35、-0.24、0.01、-0.06、0.07;产毛性状中,产毛量、体重、毛长度、毛细度、毛弯曲分、毛密度分和毛油汗分的遗传力估计值分别为:0.12、0.12、0.16、0.12、0.08、0.05、0.05,它们之间的遗传相关系数估计值依次为:0.32、0.50、-0.30、0.50、0.25、0.12、-0.01、0.05、0.46、-0.17、-0.26、-0.40、0.37、0.09、0.00、0.51、0.06、0.01、0.24、0.00、0.11。用各性状育种值对敖汉细毛羊进行遗传评定的评定名次和用综合育种值的评定名次之间差别不大;各种遗传评定方法之间都存在着极显著的秩相关。
【Abstract】 The study analyzed the non-genetic factors influencing the main traits of Aohan Merino Sheep, selected different models and estimated variance components and genetic parameters of twelve traits using animal model Best Linear Unbiased Prediction(BLUP) and Multiple Trait Derivative-Free Restricted Maximum Likelihood(MTDFREML). The results were showed as follows:Herd and Birth year or measurement year of traits almost had significant effect on all the traits. Sex had significant effect on all the early traits. Birth type significantly affected all the early traits except one-age live weight. AGD only significantly affected birth weight and weaning litter weight. Age had significant effect on all the wool traits except wool density score and wool oil score.After selecting different models, Model (1) was fit to estimate one-age live weight, weaning litter wool length and weaning litter wool fineness. Model (4) was fit to estimate birth weight and weaning litter weight. Model (5) was fit to estimate wool yield, live weight and wool length. Model (7) was fit to estimate wool fineness, wool bend score, wool density score and wool oil score.In the early traits, the estimated heritabilities of birth weight, weaning litter weight, one-age live weight, weaning litter wool length and wool fineness were 0.21, 0.21, 0.10, 0.14, 0.10.The estimated genetic correlations of these traits were respectively 0.44, 0.02, 0.27, 0.27, 0.64, 0.35, -0.24, 0.01, -0.06, 0.07. In the wool traits, the estimated heritabilities of wool yield, live weight, wool length, wool fineness, wool bend score, wool density score and wool oil score were 0.12, 0.12, 0.16, 0.12, 0.08, 0.05, 0.05.The estimated genetic correlations of these traits were respectively 0.32, 0.50, -0.30, 0.50, 0.25, 0.12, -0.01, 0.05, 0.46, -0.17, -0.26, -0.40, 0.37, 0.09, 0.00, 0.51, 0.06, 0.01, 0.24, 0.00, 0.11. The ranks of all kinds of one-trait estimated breeding values were basely same to comprehensive estimated breeding value. And all the genetic evaluation methods had significant correlations.
