数控双头卷耳设备的研究开发

【摘要】 本文研究开发了数控双头卷耳设备,将计算机、可编程控制器、机械、电气、液压技术等相结合,根据板簧尺寸和耳环形式设定参数,实现无拉力卷耳,多耳型自动控制,双头加热、切边和压弯、卷耳一体化。论文首先分析了数控双头卷耳设备的研究现状,建立起主卷制系统的运动模型,分析了板簧双耳加工中存在的问题,并提出了解决方案,进行了加工过程中的应力分析。通过对板簧材料60Si2Mn的高温力学性能实验,得到了屈服强度随温度变化的曲线,在此基础上总结出一般板簧材料的屈服强度随温度变化的规律。阐述了机械系统的工作原理,确定了机械系统的方案,完成了各有关机构详细结构的设计,做出了数控双头卷耳设备总体和部件的立体图,并确定了系统中选用的各元件的规格参数和尺寸。提出了系统的控制方案,即由上位工控机与下位机PLC组成的两级控制系统,工控机用来进行参数的设定与修改、全自动控制、在线监视、传送信息等工作,PLC接收信号的输入,控制机械系统的运动。完成了PLC控制软件的设计与实现,利用VB6.0开发工具在Windows环境下,实现工控机与OMRON SYSMAC C系列H型机C200HαPLC之间的串行通信。最后对板簧生产线整体系统的完善进行了展望。
【Abstract】 In this condition, a type of numerical control double-ears rolling equipment is developed, whichcombines the technology of the computer, PLC, machinery, electric and hydraulic. According to the size, theear form, the parameters are prescribed. The rolling method without pull, the automation of more-ears type,the incorporation of double ends calefaction, shearing and bending, rolling are achieved.The research condition of the numerical control double-ears rolling equipment is firstly analyzed, andthen the motion model of the main rolling system is advanced, the problems in the machining course of theleaf spring are analyzed, and the correspond methods are listed to solve these problems. At one time, thestress in the machining course is discussed. Through the high temperature mechanics capability experiment,the changing rule of 60Si2Mn yielding strength with changing of temperature is gained. On this base, thechanging rule of common leaf spring material yielding strength with changing of temperature is summarized.The work principle of the mechanism system is expounded, and the motion project is confirmed, the detailedstructure design of each relate part is completed. The solid drawing of the whole and each part are drawn, thestandard parameter and size of all elements are confirmed. The controlling project is put forward, whichconsist of Industrial Personal Computer and Programmable Logic Controller. The IPC is used to set down andamend the parameters, automatically control, surveillance on line, transmit information and so on, and thePLC is used to incepted information and control the motion of the mechanism system. The design andrealization of PLC controlling software is completed, the serial communication between IPC andC200Hα PLC of OMRON SYSMAC C series is realized with VB 6.0 developing tool. In the end, theconsummation of the whole leaf spring product line is prospected.
