纸基复合蜂窝板力学性能研究

【摘要】 蜂窝纸板是一种新型绿色环保包装材料。蜂窝纸板采用蜂窝结构,以最少的材质消耗,获得了大的容积和最大的强度以及刚度。蜂窝纸板承重大、弹性好、强度高、重量轻、成本低,有着广泛的应用领域和应用前景。蜂窝纸板的芯孔为密闭结构,其中允满空气且互不流通,因此具有良好的隔热、隔音性能,这对应用于建筑特别有利。了解蜂窝纸板的力学性能,指导蜂窝纸板在包装领域和其它领域的应用,是十分必要的。 本文主要研究了蜂窝纸板的力学性能。分析了蜂窝纸板的基本结构特征,比较了蜂窝纸板与其它缓冲材料的相对优势,分析了蜂窝纸板的应用领域和发展前景。 本文通过静态压缩实验得到了蜂窝纸板的连续的应力—应变曲线,分析了蜂窝纸板的应力—应变曲线的特征;分析了蜂窝纸板的弹性力学性能和塑性力学性能,找到了蜂窝纸板的塑性力学理想模型,这对于蜂窝纸板在包装和其它应用领域如建筑领域有着重要的意义。绘制出蜂窝纸板的连续的缓冲曲线,它是选择缓冲材料和缓冲部件结构设计的重要依据。这对蜂窝纸板在包装领域和其它工程领域的应用有一定的参考和指导意义。
【Abstract】 Honeycomb paperboard is a new kind environment preserving green packing material, with wide appliance field and good foreground and possessing excellent load supporting, elasticity, light weight and low cost. Honeycomb paperboard gets big dimensions and high intensity. It is essential to know the mechanical performance of honeycomb paperboard, supervising it’s appliance in package field and other field.This paper mainly studies the mechanical performance of honeycomb paperboard, analyzing the basic structure characters and comparing its relative advantages with other cushioning materials. This paper also studies about honeycomb paperboard’s appliance fields and appliance foreground.By static state compress experiment, continuous C and ε curves are obtained, analyzing their characters and honeycomb paperboard’s elastic mechanical performance and plastic mechanical performance. Perfect mold of plastic mechanical performance is found out. This will be useful in directing the appliance in engineering fields.
