软岩巷道光面爆破技术研究与应用

【摘要】 本文运用炸药的爆轰理论和应力波理论,以软岩巷道光面爆破的技术为研究课题,深入地研究了软岩光面爆破地原理、软岩爆破破坏的特征等,对软岩巷道的光面爆破参数进行了理论分析,提出了炮眼间距、炮眼密集系数以及光爆层厚度等光爆参数的计算方法。 软垫层装药是光面爆破广泛采用的装药结构,本文对软垫层装药爆破进行了深入的理论分析,合理地确定了垫层装药的光爆参数。在周边光面爆破方面,本文根据拟爆破岩石结构疏松,多呈块状结构,强度低,稳定性差,岩石坚固性系数小的特点,确定出周边炮眼拱部炮眼间距设计370mm,帮部炮眼间距设计400mm,施工时应严格控制,不得超过400mm;采用轴向水垫层不耦合装药,水垫层置于装药药卷上部,装药时,先将带有雷管的药卷置至眼底,再连续装入水炮泥,孔口用炮泥封实,封堵长度400mm。同时,严格控制周边眼装药集中度,实际为83.3~125g/m。 在山东义桥煤矿软岩巷道周边控界光面爆破的工程实践中,破碎块度均匀,爆堆集中,利于装岩机装岩;巷道周边无欠挖,平均最大超挖量小于100mm;成巷质量百分之百合格,优良率同样达到80%以上,炮眼利用率达到94.4%~100%,验证了理论计算的合理性与正确性。 本文的研究成果为同类软岩巷道光面爆破施工提供了有益的参考。

【Abstract】 The paper applied the theory of detonation and stress wave of blasting. The technology of smooth blasting in the tunnel of soft rock is the research subject. The principle of soft rock smooth blasting and the character of destruction soft rock blasting were studied profoundly. Smooth blasting parameters were analyed theoretically and put forward the distance of hole in the tunnel of soft rock, the hole of dense quotient and the thickness of the section of smooth blasting parameters and so on how to calculate.The soft bedding of projectile filling is very popular method in smooth blasting. Profound study the soft bedding of projectile filling and affirm properly the parameters of bedding of projectile filling by this passage. According to the structure rarefaction of blasting rock, block structure, the low of intensity, the low of stable and the small of the quotient of rock stability, device periphery the arced section of hole of the distance of hole is 370mm, the hole distance of lateral part is 400mm. applying with axial water bedding unlinking projectile filling above the top of explosive in periphery smooth blasting. Prot hole was sealed by clay abut 400mm before blasting cap with explosive fit into the bottom of hole. At the same time, rigidly control the explosion of density periphery, abut 83.3~125g/m.In project with periphery control smooth blasting in the tunnel of soft rock in Yiqiao coal mine, shangdong. Flat break block, the pile of blasting assembles, suitable to dirt loader. The average thickness of max over dig was less than 100mm. The quality of project is perfect. The utilization ration of hole reach 94.4%~100% Certify the rationality and correctly of the calculation of theory.The research of achievement of this passage provides reference validly in the project of smooth blasting.
