指标体系法智能评价软件开发及其在安全中应用

【摘要】 本文在分析已有指标体系法评价的基础上,以复杂系统的安全评价指标体系为对象,对系统的基本评价要素、评价数据处理模型、智能化评价流程、常用指标体系的建立过程和指标体系的编码设计进行研究。以VB6.0程序语言和Access数据库为平台,采用模块化程序设计技术,开发了指标体系法智能评价软件。软件可适用于不同类型的评价指标体系,具有专家评分统计、指标权重分配与自动计算、智能评价操作、知识决策、报表和图形输出、数据库管理等功能;软件以“矿井通风系统可靠性评价指标体系”为背景,并对平顶山矿务局和淮南矿务局的部分矿井的通风系统可靠性进行了评价,大大减少了评价过程的人力、物力和财力的浪费,为推广大型指标体系法评价操作提供了强大的评价平台,具有较强的智能化和通用性。

【Abstract】 In the paper, the basic elements, DP’s modules, intelligent evaluation flow, course of common index system established and design of index system’s code were studied, based on safety evaluation index system of complex system and analyzing existing evaluation of index system. An intelligent evaluation software was developed with the platform of VB6.0 and Microsoft Access, adopting the technology of modular programming technique. It can be used in different evaluation index systems, Stat. expert scoring, automatic calculating and distribute index weight, intelligently evaluating, knowledge decision, output reports and figures, and manage databases and so on. Based on the index system of MVSR evaluation, a few evaluations were executed to part mines in PingDingShan and HuaiNan Mine Bureau, reducing waste of manpower, material resources and financial, which offers powerful evaluation plat of index system to evaluate and has more stronger intelligent and universality.Figure [31] table [10] reference [43]
