软岩巷道预应力锚固支护参数对其变形影响的模拟研究

【摘要】 软岩巷道是当前煤矿建设中的一个常见的复杂的问题,其支护的成功与否决定了煤矿的安全与正常生产。要取得这类巷道建设的成功,除了了解其基本地质情况,选择科学合理的断面、开挖方法和支护形式外。支护参数的选择也是至关重要的。 目前,预应力锚杆支护大量应用于各种工程,但在软岩巷道中的应用还不广泛,支护设计参数选择上还存在很多问题。 本文首先介绍了软岩巷道的特点及其支护形式选择的依据和原则,预应力锚杆支护的优点及其在软岩巷道中的应用。在此基础上重点探讨预应力锚杆支护软岩巷道参数的优化确定。选择具有代表的具体工程实例,利用大型有限元数值计算软件ANSYS对不同支护参数情况下的巷道变形进行模拟计算。简要分析了模拟计算的各种变形图:选取关键点,以径向位移(u_r)作为其变形结果的衡量标准,通过输出结果查看各个模拟计算后关键点的径向位移;并由此得出各个关键点在同一参数不同数值下的关系曲线,同一关键点在某一支护参数(锚杆长度、预应力大小、锚杆间距)不同数值条件下的关系曲线;通过曲线可以得出各个参数对支护效果的影响,并通过量化分析确定参数设计的优化公式。大量模拟计算的结果有利于在地区巷道设计中的应用。要取得支护的真正成功,施工也是关键的一步。如何处理施工中的一些问题,准确的实现设计结果,并对出现的具体问题及时反馈并给出相应的处理方案。论文在第六章对预应力锚杆支护软岩巷道施工信息化的构想及实现作了简单介绍。

【Abstract】 Currently laneway of soft rock is a familiar and complicated problem in building of coal mine, success of its supporting or not decides the safety and normal of mine. Putting over of building of this kind laneway, besides realizing its basically geological circs, choosing scientific and logical section、 means of digging and form of supporting. Choice of supporting parameter is extremely important too.Nowadays, blot shoring of advance stress applies sorts engineering in large numbers, but its applying in laneway of soft rock is not broad, large numbers of problems are being in the parameter choice of shoring designing.In the dissertation, characteristic of laneway of soft rock and its shoring form are firstly presented, virtue of blot shoring of advance stress and its applying in laneway of soft rock.. On the basic, probe into the optimizing and confirming of parameter of laneway of soft rock by blot shoring of advance stress importantly. Choising idiographic engineering for instance, simulated compute the deforms of different shoring parameter by large-scale compute-software ANSYS. Analyse and present diversified deformed figure in brief;select several keypoints, Scale deformed result by the level of radial displacement, look over keypoints’ radial displacement of every simulating compute by the result of putting out;and draw out correlative curve of every keypoints under identical parameter of different numerical value, correlative curve of identical keypoint under certain shoring parameter of different numerical value;draw out the influence of every parameter and shoring effect, and confirm optimizing formula of parameter designing through quantitatively analyzing. The result of substantive simulating compute can be applied in designing of regional laneway. Be want to acquire entirety success of the shoring, construction is also one key process. How to deal with some problems appearing in the construction, come true the designing result correctly, feed back some idiographic appearing problems timely and take out relevant disposal measure synchronously.
