浮游选煤降灰工艺和作用机理的研究

【摘要】 细粒煤的分选在煤炭工业中发挥着越来越重要的作用,成为洁净煤技术发展的重点之一,是综合利用煤炭资源和环境保护的有效途径。浮选作为煤泥分选的主要选煤技术,亟需在理论和实践上进一步完善。 论文针对浮选精煤灰分普遍高于重选精煤灰分的现状,结合望峰岗选煤厂的浮选工艺,进行了实验室试验和工业性试验。从影响浮选的工艺因素入手,考察了谢一矿、李一矿的原煤性质、矿浆浓度、药剂制度、浮选工艺流程、抑制剂等因素对浮选精煤灰分的影响,提出了改善浮选效果的工艺新方案。即:采用粗选加一次精选的浮选工艺流程,并在精选过程中添加一定量的羧甲基纤维素(CMC)作抑制剂来降低浮选精煤灰分。该方案可以降低精煤灰分2~5%,对提高望峰岗选煤厂的经济效益有重要的现实意义。 利用现代测试技术X—射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱分析(FT-IR)以及接触角的测定等方法,对羧甲基纤维素作抑制剂降低浮选精煤灰分的抑制机理进行了探讨。结果表明:煤矸石在CMC溶液中的接触角比在水中的接触角小,且减小的幅度较大,而同时煤在CMC溶液中的接触角与在水中的接触角基本相同;试验煤样和煤矸石中的成灰矿物主要成分为:高岭石、石英、伊利石以及少量的黄铁矿等;矿浆中的CMC以碳氢键朝内物理吸附在煤矸石表面,羟基和醚基与水形成氢键朝外,增加了煤矸石表面的亲水性,扩大了煤与矸石的表面性质差异,从而达到抑制煤矸石的效果。 通过对工艺途径和抑制剂作用机理两方面的研究,从实践和理论上为浮游选煤中的降灰工艺提供了可靠的依据。

【Abstract】 The selection of tiny coal has played more and more important roal in the coal industry. It is becoming one of the important point in clean coal technology, and a valid way to make use of coal resources and protect environment comprehensively. As a main technique to separate coals mine, floatation need to be further perfect in its theories and practice.The paper study on the higher ash content in clean coal from flotation process than gravity concentration. Lab and industrial Experimenting is based on the flotation technology of Wangfenggang coal preparation plant Doing some flotation experiments including raw coal property, pulp consistency regime of agent, flotation circuit , inhibitor addition and so on, to study the factors affecting the ash content of Clean Coal. Putting forward a feasible technological measures to improve the coal flotation efficiency. The scheme is adopt cleaning circuit and adding arboxymethylcellulose (CMC) as depressant in the refine process to reduce the ash content of Clean Coal.The result shows that the ash content can be reduced by 2-5%, and it has a important realistic meaning for Wangfenggang coal preparation plantMake use of modern test technique including X-ray diffraction, FTER(Fourier transform Infrared Spectroscopy) and contact angle measurement, to analyze the depressant mechanism of CMC.The result show that :the contact angle of gangue in CMC is much smaller than in water while the contact angle of coal is almost the same in two liquor; the main mineral composition in coal and gangue is kaolinite, quartz, pyrite, illite and so on; the -C-H of CMC can selectively absorb to gangue while the -OH and C-O-C contact water, to enlarge the hydrophilic characteristics between coal and gangue and enlarge the surface properties difference between coal and gangue, in order to inhibit gangue.The research on flotation technology and depressant mechanism support a dependable foundation for coal flotation both in theory and practice.
