矿井提升机交—直—交可逆调速系统的研究

【摘要】 本论文分析了矿井提升机电力拖动方案的发展历史,提出了将双PWM交—直—交直接转矩变频调速系统运用在煤矿井下660V防爆绞车上的研究课题。重点对该系统电源部分的三相可逆电压源型PWM整流器(VSR)进行了深入的理论研究和实验研究。 本论文首先详细讨论了三相VSR的变量计算、交流侧稳态模型、一般数学模型以及d-q模型。然后结合矿井提升机交-直-交直接转矩变频调速的具体要求,研究三相VSR的控制策略,采用电流开环的控制方案,分析其稳态和动态性能,并作出改进措施。接着对如何选择主电路的参数,如交流侧电感、直流输出电压、直流侧滤波电容,也进行了细致的研究。最后以DSP(TMS320LF2407)为核心,设计系统硬件和软件,完成了三相VSR控制系统的数字化实现,并在实验室进行了系统实验,验证了前面的研究结果。此外,结合三相异步电动机的特点和矿井提升机的工作特性,研究了双PWM交-直-交变频器的另一组成部分——PWM逆变器。由于矿井提升机对转速精度及加减速度要求较高,必须采用高精度变频调速系统。高精度变频调速系统主要有两种,分别为矢量控制系统和直接转矩控制系统。本文采用异步电动机直接转矩控制变频调速方案,研究其原理、数学模型和控制器设计方法。分析了将直接转矩控制策略应用于电动机的四象限运行的具体实现方式。

【Abstract】 After analysed the history of mine hoist’s electric power driving project, a question for using double PWM AC-DC-AC direct torque variable-frequency adjustable speed system in 660V-level hoist at the bottom of the mine is put forward in this paper. It is emphasis that three-phase voltage source reversible rectifier is deeply researched both theoretically and practically as this system’s power supply.Firstly three-phase VSR’s variable calculation, model of AC side at stable static state, normal mathematic model and model under d-q axis are discussed in detail. Secondly combined with specific demands of AC-DC-AC direct torque variable-frequency adjustable speed system in mine hoist, three-phase VSR’s control strategy is researched. Vector control scheme without current loop is adopted and its static and dynamic performance is analysed. Some improving measures are taken. Then how to choose main circuit’s parameters, including AC side inductance, DC side output voltage, DC side capacity, is also studied. Lastly this system’s hardware and software are designed based on DSP (TMS320LF2407) completing digital realization of three-phase VSR. Moreover, the system experiment is made in the laboratory to test the prior research results. Additionally considering three-phase VSR’s characteristics and mine hoist’s working specialities, the other part of double PWM AC-DC-AC direct torque variable-frequency adjustable speed system—PWM inversion set’s control is studied. High precision variable-frequency adjustable speed system should be adopted because mine hoist requires high-precision rotate speed and acceleration or deceleration. There are two kinds of high-precision variable-frequency adjustable speed system. One is vector control system; the other is direct torque control system. Asynchronous motor’s direct torque control variable-frequency adjustable speed scheme is used and its theory, mathematic model and controller’s design are discussed. Analysis the realization of the direct torque control used in asynchronous motor’s four-quadrant operation.
