“3S”技术支持下的贵州岩溶山区土地利用/土地覆盖变化研究

【摘要】 随着全球变化研究的深入和发展,各国科学家越来越感觉到人类活动对环境的影响,尤其是人类的生存和发展对土地的开发利用以及引起的土地利用/土地覆盖变化被认为是全球环境变化的重要组成部分和主要原因。土地利用和土地覆盖的研究已成为全球环境变化研究的重要部分和核心内容。其中土地利用和土地覆盖的变化机制研究是土地利用和土地覆盖研究的焦点问题,在全球变化研究中占据重要地位。针对贵州岩溶山区来说,一个最主要的环境问题就是石漠化问题,这是一个从国家到省,从专家、学者一直到普通老百姓都十分关心的问题,而石漠化现象正是土地利用/土地覆盖变化向坏的方向发展的一个集中体现。本研究通过GIS和遥感信息结合,再结合GPS全球定位系统技术,研究贵州岩溶山区土地利用/土地覆盖变化,建立专题数据库,并探讨建立监测、分析系统的实践及方法,研究贵州岩溶地区土地利用/土地覆盖变化的动因和对环境的影响以及生态安全等问题,对于岩溶山区的生态保护与恢复治理具有极其重要的意义。土地利用/土地覆盖变化(LUCC)是“IGBP”与“IHDP”两大国际项目合作进行的综合性交叉科学研究课题,目的在于揭示人类赖以生存的地球环境系统与人类日益发展的生产系统,农业化、工业化、城市化等之间相互作用的基本过程。与“IGBP”进展同步,ISSC(国际社会科学联合会)于1990年建立“HDP”计划,把土地利用与土地覆盖变化“LUCC”列为优先开展研究的核心项目,从1990年12月起它被列为“HDP”和“IGBP”共同研究的核心项目,该计划经过几年的全面讨论,于1995年正式形成“LUCC”的科学/研究计划,此后这一研究计划又经历了进一步的修改,于1999年1月22日在网上发布。在国内,布和傲斯尔、刘纪远和吴祖南应用遥感方法从季相和经

【Abstract】 Is thorough and the development along with the global change research, the various countries’ scientist more and more felt the humanity moves to the environment the influence, in particular humanity’s survival and the development uses the land use/land cover change to the land development which as well as causes to consider is the whole world environmental variation important constituent and the main reason. The land use and the land cover research has become the whole world environmental variation research the important part and the core content. Land use and the land cover change mechanism research is the land use and the land cover research focal point question, occupies the important status in the global change research. Said in view of the Guizhou karst mountainous area that, a most main environment question is shimohua, this is from the country to the province, from expert, scholar continuously to ordinary common people all extremely issue of concern, but the shimohua phenomenon is precisely the land use/land cover change a centralism which develops to the bad direction manifests. This research based on GIS and the remote sensing information system and recombination global positioning system technology, studies the Guizhou karst mountainous area land use/land cover change;establishes the special database,and discussion the establishment monitor,the analysis system practice and the method, study the Guizhou karst area land use/land cover change the agent and to the environment question and so on influence as well as ecology security, protects and restores the government to have the extremely vital significance regarding the karst mountainous area ecology.The land use/land cover change (LUCC) is "IGBP" the comprehensive nature overlapping scientific research topic which two big international projects cooperations carries on with "IHDP", the goal lies in promulgates the production system which the humanity according to terrestrial environment system
