基于工控机和PLC的监控系统的研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术、自动控制技术、微电子技术、现代检测和传感技术的发展,在以机械、电子、航空、航天技术为主的多门技术相互渗透、相互结合过程中逐渐形成和发展了工业计算机监控系统。特别是自动化技术与计算机科学技术的相互渗透,使得工业控制系统发展成为今天自动化程度很高的计算机监控系统。在机电一体化技术迅速发展的同时,监控技术作为其重要组成部分,也得到了前所未有的发展。计算机监控是机电一体化系统的核心部分,它正在向网络化、集成化、智能化等方面发展。 本文首先分析了国内外监控系统的研究和发展现状,然后系统、全面地对监控系统的分类、组成结构、控制算法、设计步骤和系统平台进行了论述,并对基于IPC和PLC网络平台的监控系统的硬件模块和软件结构进行了方案设计。采用IPC、PLC、A/D卡、D/A卡、DI/O卡等构建了一个监控系统平台。此平台的构建不仅充分考虑了系统的扩充、互联等要求,还综合考虑到控制性能需要。采用主从式结构,即上位机采用工控机,下位机采用PLC,这样使系统不仅具有很好的可扩展性、互联能力强、开发工具丰富等优点,而且具有高实时性、高精度的特点,可以满足工业中不同控制环境的需求。 本文以航空有机玻璃拉伸机监控系统为开发实例,对拉伸机监控系统进行了分析,介绍了本系统开发的软硬件平台,以及系统测试和现场调试的结果。重点阐述了拉伸机监控系统的软件设计过程:采用模块化的设计方法,把系统分为五个功能模块,分别介绍了这五个功能模块的具体设计思路和方法。最终完成了拉伸机监控系统的结构和程序模块设计。在开发监控软件的过程中,采用了一些新技术,从而解决了其它监控软件需要解决的一些关键问题,为整个监控系统的运行奠定了基础。 根据仿真和测试结果分析,采用的控制策略能够满足监控系统的要求,说明了该监控系统的设计是成功的。对于提高拉伸玻璃的生产效率和玻璃质量有着重要的现实意义。

【Abstract】 With the development of computer technology, automation technology, micro-electronics technology, modern measurement and sense technology, Industry Computer Supervisory Control system is gradually developed during the interpenetration of multiple technologies, which is primarily based on mechanics, electronics, aeronautics and astronautics. Especially,the interpenetration of automation and computer technology, which are developing industry control system to become the Computer Supervisory Control system that has advanced automation degree. At the same time of rapid development of mechatronics, Supervisory Control Technology also has attained the unprecedented development that is the important constitution part. Computer Supervisory Control is the core of mechanical and electronic system, which is developing in the direction of network, integration, intelligence and so on.Firstly, the presently researchful and developing state of Supervisory Control system is analyzed in the paper. Then we introduce in detail the class, constitution, configuration, control arithmetic, design approach and system platform of the Computer Supervisory Control system. The hardware module and software structure of Supervisory Control system based on IPC and PLC is discussed. We used advanced technology of PC software and hardware to construct a Computer Supervisory Control system platform with IPC, PLC, A/D card, D/A card, DI/O card and so on. We plenty consider not only system expansion but also the control capability. With the structure of host-client, i.e. superior machine adopt IPC and junior machine adopt PLC, the system has not only expandability, interlink ability, full development tool but also high real time ability and high precision, thus it may satisfy all kinds of control environmental requirement.We take example for Supervisory Control system of aviation organic glass stretcher in the paper. Stretcher Supervisory Control system is analyzed, the hardware and software platform and the result of testing and debugging is introduced. We primarily expound the software design course of the Supervisory Control system. Namely, we adopt the method of module designment. It consists of five functional modules and then it depicts the particular design consideration and method of the five functional modules. Ultimately, the configuration and program moduledesign of the Supervisory Control system is accomplished. During the development of the supervisory control software, we used some new technology and solved many key problems, establishing the basement for the run of the whole system.On the basis of the simulation result and the testing result, it is proved that the control strategy is accomplished with very fast convergence of the supervisory control system, the control system design is successful. It has the important actual significance of advancement of production efficiency and quality of stretching glass.
