【摘要】 伴随着客户需求的多样化、个性化,多品种中小批量的生产方式已成为当今企业组织生产的主流,同时,随着科学技术进步日新月异,市场竞争不断加剧及产品生产周期的缩短,时间成为竞争焦点,两者结合给当今企业的生产提出了严峻的挑战,要求企业在保持低成本生产的前提下,提高生产系统的柔性和敏捷性,并尽量满足客户的个性化需求,大规模定制生产方式就是在这一背景下应运而生的。迄今为止,国内外学者对大规模定制生产的研究已经有了一定进展,但这主要是对大规模定制的概念、分类方法以及产品设计等方面的研究,专门针对大规模定制的生产计划与控制方面的研究还属少见,因此,本文着重研究了大规模定制的生产计划与控制,全文的主要内容及解决的问题包括以下几个方面: 首先,探讨了大规模定制生产方式下客户需求信息的获取方法即产品配置管理,同时建立了大规模定制下产品配置管理的业务流程及管理模型并给出了相应的配置方法。 其次,在对现行的生产计划与控制方法进行比较分析的基础上,提出了适用于大规模定制企业的生产计划与控制策略及主生产计划的编制方法,并对大规模定制的生产控制与库存控制进行了研究。 最后,依据大规模定制的生产计划与控制策略,进行了大规模定制的生产计划与控制系统的数据需求分析和总体框架的设计。 针对当前大规模定制的研究在生产计划与控制方面相对较少的情况,本文提出了适用于大规模定制企业的客户需求获取方法及生产计划与控制的策略,改进和完善了制造资源计划中主生产计划的编制方法,并对大规模定制的生产计划与控制系统进行了初步设计,这在大规模定制的理论和实践中都具有一定的创新意义。 通过本论文的研究,旨在对大规模定制的生产计划与控制提供理论上的参考,并提供一种可供选择的大规模定制的生产计划与控制模式,为企业在大规模定制环境下生产计划与控制的实际运作提供借鉴,以帮助企业成功地实现大规模定制生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Following the diversification and individuality of customer’s demand, production mode of multi-varieties and medium or small batch has become the production mainstream of current enterprise;At the same time, with the rapid development of the science and technology ,the competing market and reduction of production cycle, time becomes the focal point of competition, these challenge the current enterprises’ production and require enterprises to increase the flexibility and efficiency to meet individual demand of customers at low cost, then Mass Customization(MC) Production Mode is coming. Until now, the domestic and foreign scholars have had certain research on Mass Customization, but these mostly focus on conception, classified method and product design of Mass Customization, and so on, the research on production plan and control of MC is few, therefore this article mainly carries on the discussion on production plan and control of MC, below is the main content of it:Firstly, this article studies the way which is Product Configuration Management (PCM) to obtain customers’ demand of MC, then develops a business process, management model and configuration method of PCM based on MC.Secondly, based on the comparison of the present production plan and control, this article proposes a strategy of production plan and control of MC and a method to draw up the Main Production Plan (MPS), thus studies production control and stock control of MC.Finally, according to the strategy of production plan and control of MC, this article studies the data demand analysis and main frame design of production plan and control system of MC.According to the current situation that the research on production plan and control of MC is few, the article proposes a way to get demand information of MC and a strategy of production plan and control of MC, improves and consummates the establishment method of MPS in Manufacturing Resource Plan (MRPII), and carries on the primary design of system of MC, all above are of innovative value to theory and practice of MC.This article aims at providing a theory references and choice of production plan and control method, proposing a actual operation model for enterprises under the environment of MC to promote the success of MC in enterprises.更多还原
