12kV节能型真空断路器永磁操动机构的研究

【摘要】 真空断路器作为中压开关的主流产品,其可靠性和智能化水平对电力系统的稳定和自动化程度将产生深远的影响。永磁操动机构作为真空断路器的一种操动机构,具有零部件数量少、可靠性高、参数可控等传统断路器操动机构无法比拟的优点。在对目前已有的真空断路器永磁操动机构进行详细分析的基础上,本文提出了一种结构新颖的单稳态、双线圈结构的永磁操动机构。 为了验证所提出的操动机构的可行性,本文首先对该操动机构进行了二维模型的建立与电磁场的分析。对该操动机构在永磁体单独作用和与激磁线圈共同作用下的分、合闸过程,进行了详细的分析。计算结果证明了该操动机构在原理上的可行性。 为了准确的分析该操动机构在不同情况下的吸反力特性的匹配,对该操动机构进行了三维模型的建立和分析。对操动机构在闭合位置的永磁体保持力;以及整个分、合闸过程的吸、反力特性进行了详细的分析。 随着配有永磁操动机构真空断路器的应用范围越来越广泛,对永磁操动机构提出了越来越严格的要求。在一些工作条件下,要求操动机构本身应该具有欠压保护的功能。为了实现欠压保护的功能,本文对所提出的操动机构引入了欠压检测线圈,使该机构具有了双线圈、自保护的功能。其中,一个为主线圈,与永磁体一起完成分合闸操作;另一个为欠压检测线圈,与永磁体一起完成在闭合位置的保持。当主线路的电压低于设定值时,欠压线圈与永磁体产生的保持力低于机构所受到的反力,操动机构自动的完成了分闸操作。本文对欠压检测线圈的参数进行了详细的设计,使之完全能够实现上述功能。由于永磁体在外界不同磁场的影响下,其工作点的位置会发生改变,因此本文对永磁体在不同外界磁场下的特性进行了分析。 通过上述的详细分析,确定出该操动机构各个部件的位置及尺寸。根据该尺寸加工出样机。对配有该样机的真空断路器进行了型式试验。由型式试验的结果可以得出,该操动机构完全满足各项设计指标。

【Abstract】 Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) is the primary product of media voltage electric switch equipment. Its reliability and intelligent levels have far-reaching influence on the stability and the extent of automatization for electric power system. Permanent Magnetic Actuator (PMA) as one kind of the actuator of VCB, has the advantages of less part number, higher reliability, and more controllable parameters, and overshadows the traditional actuators for Circuit Breaker (CB). Based on the detail analysis of PMA of VCB in existence, a novel PMA of VCB, which is monostable, has two coils, is proposed.In order to validate the feasibility of proposed PMA, the 2D model of this PMA is established and analyzed, firstly. The breaking and closing course of this PMA is detailed analyzed, when the permanent magnet acts by oneself and the permanent magnet acts with the main coil. The feasibility of proposed PMA is proved by the analysis results.In order to exactly analyze the characteristics of attract and reverse forces in different conditions, the 3D model of proposed PMA is established and analyzed. The holding force of permanent magnet in closing position and the characteristics of attract and reverse forces in the breaking and closing course are detailed analyzed.With the application range of VCB assembled PMA is more and more abroad, the requirement to PMA are more and more strict. The PMA is able to break the VCB by itself when the fault of low-voltage happened. In order to realize the function, the detect coil of voltage is joined in this PMA. Different functions can be realized using the two coils of proposed PMA finish. In which, the combination of the main coil and the permanent magnet is to perform the interrupting operation. And the auxiliary coil is to detect the voltage. So the proposed PMA can detect the variety of voltage in main circuit at any moment. When the fault of low-voltage happened, it can automatically finish the breaking operation. The parameters of coils are detailed designed, and the above functions can be correctly finished.The work point of permanent magnet will be changed with the varieties of outside magnetic field. The work characteristic of permanent magnet is analyzed in different outside magnetic field.The positions and dimensions of every parts of proposed PMA are designed based on the analysis results. Based on the dimensions, the prototype is manufactured and assembled to the VCB. The type-testing to the VCB is finished. From the results of type-testing, the feasibility and validity of the proposed PMA has been verified.
