教师教育智慧的表征与生成

【摘要】 教师专业发展要求教师具有教育智慧,新课改需要教师具有教育智慧,教师生命质量的提升呼唤教育智慧。教师教育智慧是教师良好教育行为体现的一种品质,是教师对于教育教学工作的规律性把握、创造性驾驭和深刻洞悉、敏锐反应以及灵活机智应对的综合能力,是教师专业素养的一种新境界。 教师教育智慧具有个体性、情感性、科学性、缄默性、审美性和创造性六大特征。教师教育智慧可按不同角度进行分类,按获取来源分为教育理论智慧和教育实践智慧。按发展进程可分为经验型教育智慧、科学型教育智慧和风格性教育智慧。在我国的教育领域中,教师教育智慧因各种客观条件和教师的主观原因受到遮蔽。客观原因有:传统的教育思想,传统的评价制度和现行的考试制度,主观原因有:教师缺乏专业自主发展意识和教师培训中的“应试现象”。 教师教育智慧生成的内部条件有:教师要形成高尚的师德、具备科研和反思能力、凝练教育机智、具备对教育事业的感悟。外部条件是创设民主、自由的校园文化、完善教师培训模式,改进激励机制和营造终身学习的氛围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teachers’ professionalism requires teachers have pedagogical wisdom. The new curriculum change of basic education requires teachers have pedagogical wisdom. The advance of teachers’ life quality calls for pedagogical wisdom. Teachers’ pedagogical wisdom is character that the teachers’ excellent teaching embodiment. She is teachers’ colligate ability .She can help teachers regularly grasp, creatively rein and profundity discern and acuity feedback agility tact reply the education and teaching. She is a new ambit of teachers specialty accomplishment.Teachers’ pedagogical wisdom have six tokens :personality , sensibility, scientific, silent, taste and create. Teachers’ pedagogical wisdom can be classified according to different angles. If classified according to her obtain origin, teachers’ pedagogical have pedagogical theory knowledge and the teaching practical wisdom. If classified according to her develop course, teachers’ pedagogical have experience pedagogical wisdom, science pedagogical wisdom and style pedagogical wisdom. In the education field of China, teachers’ pedagogical wisdom is obscured by kinds of impersonality conditions and teachers’ subjective conditions. Impersonality conditions have traditional pedagogical ideas , traditional evaluate system and active examination system. Teachers’ subjective conditions are that teachers are short of specialty self -determination development consciousness and deal with examination in the action of teacher training.Forming magnificent virtue, possessing the ability if scientific research and thinking, forming pedagogical tact, forming the realise of the education career are the inner conditions.
