石家庄市区初级中学体育现状与对策研究

【摘要】 邓小平同志指出，“实现四个现代化，科学技术是关键，基础在教育。”21世纪，正值我国社会发生巨大而深刻转变的历史时期。随着现代科技的迅猛发展，整个社会竞争加剧，行业之间的竞争将更为激烈，人们的生活、工作节奏大大加快，优胜劣汰的竞争机制使人们经常处于紧张状态中，精神上承受着很大的压力，如果没有健康的身心，没有很好的心理承受能力、没有吃苦耐劳不畏艰难的优良品质，其结果是可想而知的。 学校体育是全面贯彻党的教育方针的重要组成部分，也是我们国家体育事业和全面健身的基础。学校体育是学校教育的重要组成部分。它与德育、智育紧密结合，肩负着为社会培养德、智、体全面发展人才的历史使命。学校体育又是国民体育的重要组成部分，是社会体育、竞技体育和终身体育的基础，是发展我国体育事业的战略重点，它对促进社会精神文明建设具有积极作用。学校体育有助于培养学生的竞争意识和开拓精神；有助于培养胜不骄，败不馁，坚忍不拔的意志品质；有助于陶冶情操，塑造完美个性，培养集体主义精神；有助于学生树立正确的科学人生观、价值观、世界观，对促进学生德、智、体全面发展，提高中华民族的整体素质具有十分重要的意义。《中国教育改革和发展纲要》中也明确提出了“教育必须为社会主义现代化建设服务，必须与生产劳动相结合，培养德、智、体全面发展的建设者和接班人”的教育方针，确立了体育在教育中的重要地位。学校体育是全面贯彻党的教育方针的重要组成部分，学校体育开展得好与坏，将直接关系到素质教育改革的进程，影响到21世纪高素质人才的培养和形成。 因此，了解学校体育现状，致力于学校体育教育的改革，全面推进素质教育的实施，是所有学校体育工作者的职责。 而初级中学是小学到中学的一个过渡阶段，是学生正处于长身体、长知识和科学的人生观、价值观、世界观形成的重要时期，身心的健康发展迫切需要体育活动。这正如日光、空气、水对生命的意义一样不可缺少。因此，初级中学体育的研究尤为重要。本文以石家庄市市区的五个区(裕华区、新更多还原

【Abstract】 Comrade Deng has proposed that during the process of modernization realization, science and technology are the key points and education is the basis. The 21st century is witnessing a great and profound transformation in the whole society. With the rapid development of modern technology, competition in the society has become more and more fierce, which leads to the swiftness of life pace. The competitive system that the superior wins and the inferior fails presses people a lot. Thus people should have a healthy body and mind and strong ability to endure hardness so as to challenge the difficulties.Physical education is an important part of implementing Party’s educational policy in an all-around way. It is the basis of country’s physical education cause and fitness-keeping. Physical education at school plays an important role in school education and it is closely related to moral and intellectual education. Physical education at school shoulders the task of training talented people with moral, intellect and physical traits. As an important part in country’s physical education, physical education at school is the basis of physical education in society and competition. Physical education is the strategic point and it has positive function in promoting the construction of spiritual civilization. Physical education at school can help train the competitive concept, initiative spirit and toughness of students, meanwhile, it helps mould a person’s temperature and develop collective awareness of the students. Physical education contributes a lot to the setting up of the upright outlook on life, values and world system for students and it is meaningful in enhancing the whole quality of Chinese nation.
