【摘要】 科技教育是一项十分重要的教育议题,是我国基础教育的重中之重,它不仅关系到教育事业的成败,更关系到我国的国运兴衰。有关科技教育的研究并不是一个新鲜的话题,但以往有关科技教育方面的研究多是“应然”研究,也就是科技教育“应该为怎样”的一种研究;而本篇论文则致力一种“实然”研究,即笔者关注的问题是在现实的科技教育界到底出现了哪些问题,为什么会出现这些问题,面对这些问题我们又应该如何进行解决。我们所关注的问题一:科技教育自被提出之日起,其实施状况如何?有多少孩子能够真正沐浴在科技教育的春风和雨露之中?如何从教育及社会历史文化背景的角度对其加以分析和解释?——科技教育的现状调查与分析思考我们所关注的问题二:在对科技教育的现状调查与分析的基础上,我们在沉思如何从系统工程的角度更好地有效落实科技教育。——有关科技教育的宏观对策与微观对策研究我们所关注的问题三:在轰轰烈烈的新课题改革浪潮中,科技教育的地位与意义何在?在人们极力倡导“科学素养”、“科学探究”等一系列新名词时,我们应该到哪里去寻找科技教育的形体与灵魂?——有关科技教育课程结构的构建更多还原

【Abstract】 Science and technology education is a very important subject in education. It not only plays an important role in educational career but also in the prosperity of our nation. Research on science and technology is not new. Before most researches related with science and technology are about how it should be? While this paper mainly concerns about why it is like this? In other words, the authors study on the problems appeared in the actual world of science and technology education, why the problems come into existence and how to deal with these problems when facing with them.Question 1: Since we put forwards the concept of science and technology education, what is the present situation like? How many children are really emerged in the warmth of science and technology education? How to analyze the situation from the angle of education and social historical background? ------actuality survey and analysis on science and technology educationQuestion 2: Based on the research on actuality survey and analysis on science and technology education, we are thinking about how to put science and technology education into effect from the point of view of systems engineering. ---------macro and micro countermeasure research on science and technology educationQuestion 3: In the dynamic wave of new curriculum reform, what is the position and significance of science and technology education?
