电厂温排水对陡河水库浮游生物的影响

【摘要】 本文讨论了电厂温排水对陡河水库浮游生物的影响。陡河水库是我国北方典型的多功能浅水型水库,同时作为陡河电厂温排水的受纳水体,在长期温排水作用下,热影响显著。本次调查通过对陡河水库浮游动植物资源进行分析,以研究温排水对其受纳水体生态系统的影响。为相似类型的水库,湖泊的热影响问题研究提供借鉴依据。根据2005~2006年春季、夏季、冬季对陡河水库的不同水温区浮游动植物进行的采样调查及镜检分析,陡河水库浮游植物共8门87属170种。其中蓝藻门13属27种植物;绿藻门41属72种植物;硅藻门19属50种;金藻门2属4种;黄藻门3属4种;裸藻门4属5种;隐藻门1属1种;甲藻门2属5种。水体中藻类以绿藻,硅藻和蓝藻为主。浮游动物种群组成观察到的浮游动物共100种。其中种类最多的是轮虫,共37种,占所有种类的37%;此外原生动物33种,占全部种类的33%;枝角类16种占全部种类的16%;桡足类14种,占全部种类的14%。从中可以看出,浮游动物的种类组成中,以轮虫和原生动物为主。根据调查分析结果记录了陡河水库浮游生物的名录。水体富营养化水平(以藻类密度为主要评价指标)随温度的增高而增加,同时水体的物种多样性指数也随水温的升高而降低。 同时,本文通过综合野外试验数据以及室内模拟试验的数据综合分析,初步得出以下的结论: 1.温排水对浮游生物的影响主要表现在种类组成上高温有利于蓝绿藻生长,数量分布因水温不同而有差异,繁殖发育上高温使得繁殖加快世代时间缩短等方面的影响。 2.作为强增温区的排水口的藻类密度都是最大的,同时物种多样性最低;以及模拟试验中表现出这就说明增温能够增加水体中藻类的数量但是却会降低水体中物种多样性水平,明显的加快水体的富营养化进程。
【Abstract】 The impact of thermal discharge from an electric power plant on plankton of Douhe reservoir (DHR) is discussed in this paper. As a representative multi-functional and shallow reservoir north of china, under the long-term thermal discharge, DHR has heavy thermal impact. And there is lots of information about the aquatic ecosystem of DHR .The results of investigation compared with the historical information can provide reference for the study of similar lakes and reservoirs. This investigation is aimed to research the impact of thermal discharge on aquatic ecosystem through investigation on the plankton of DHR. This investigation is operated in year 2005 and 2006. During the investigation, 170 species of plankton is identified and they are found to belong to 8 phyla, 87 genera. And there are 27 species of plankton belongs to 13 genera Cyanophyta, 72 species of plankton belongs to 41 genera Chlorophyta, 50 species of plankton belongs to 19 genera Bacillariophyta, 4 species of plankton belongs to 2 genera Chrysophyta , 4 species of plankton belongs to 3 genera Xanthophyta, 5 species of plankton belongs to 4 genera Euhlenophyta, 1 species of plankton belongs to 1 genera Cryptophyta, 5 species of plankton belongs to 2 genera Pyrrophyta. According the result, the plankton in the water of DHR is mainly composed of Cyanophyta, Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta. The zooplankton is mainly composed of Difflugia sp., Centropyxi sp., Trichocerca capucina .sp.and Ascomorpha sp. There are 100 different species of the zooplankton in the water of DHR. Among them, Rotifera, total 37 kinds ofand account for 37% of all categories,has the most category; In addition,Protozoan ,total 33 kinds ofand account for 33% of all categories; Cladocera ,total 16 kinds of and account for 16% of all categories; and Copepoda total 14 kinds of and account for 14% of all categories. Under the influence of thermal discharge of the electric power plant, phytoplankton composition is incline to Chlorophyta-Cyanophyta-mainy type. The density of the population changes with the temperature and the high temperature may lead the life-cycle of the plankton become short.The level of the water eutrophication (take density of phytoplankton as to mainly evaluate index sign) will rise as the raising of the temperature of the water. Also the index of species diversity will debase as the raising of the temperature of the water.From the investigation both within and out of the laboratory, also the model text in lab,we get the conclusion that:1. The thermal impact for plankton mainly represent in: high temperature would probably promote the growth of Cyanophta and Chlorophyta. Also high temperature would expedite the reproducement and shorten the developing period of the phytoplankton.2. The higher temperature would bring an increase amount of phytoplankton but a
