基于摩擦学三角形滑块的理论及其摩擦系数实验研究

【摘要】 摩擦、磨损大量地存:在于所有的机械设备中,目前主要通过改善材料性能、润滑、表面处理和改进结构设计等方法来减少摩擦、磨损问题。 作者从润滑角度出发,针对往复式运动滑块运动特点,结合摩擦学原理,设计了一种三角形滑块,并进行了理论计算,得出了油膜厚度方程和油膜压力方程。从理论上说明了该结构可以使滑块在运动过程中得到良好的润滑,从而在一定程度上减少了摩擦副之间的摩擦、磨损问题。 摩擦系数是摩擦特性的重要参数之一,在大多数的摩擦学设计中人们无非是想降低摩擦副之间的摩擦系数,从而达到减少摩擦、磨损的目的。作者针对三角形滑块结构特点,采用往复式摩擦实验机进行了摩擦系数实验研究,在相同的实验条件下比较了不同参数的三角形滑块和普通滑块的摩擦系数,结果表明:在充分润滑状态下,三角形滑块的摩擦系数都要比普通滑块的摩擦系数小,且三角形滑块其它参数一定时,参数h越小,摩擦系数越小。

【Abstract】 Friction and wear generally exist in all mechanical equipments. At present, the main ways to reduce the problems of friction and wear are improving the performance of materials, lubrication, surface treatment, and improving the structural design.From the lubrication and aimed at the moving features of reciprocating slider and combined with tribology, a trigonal slider is designed by author and the equation of oil film thickness and oil film pressure are given based on the calculation. The structure can enable the moving slider in good lubrication in theory, to some extent the problems of friction and wear can be reduced effectively.Friction coefficient is one of the important parameters of tribological characteristics. In most of the tribological design, people simply want to minish the coefficient of friction for the purpose of reducing friction and wear. Aiming at the character of trigonal slider structure, the experiment on coefficients friction are studied by using a reciprocating equipment of friction and the coefficients of friction are compared between the trigonal slider and common slider under the same condition of experiment. It shows that the coefficient of friction of trigonal slider is lower than the common slider under the condition of good lubrication and the parameter "h" is less the coefficient of friction of trigonal slider is lower when the other parameters are unchangeable.
