闪速炉贫化电极液压系统的故障诊断

【摘要】 液压传动是传递动力的基本方法之一,而且其传动性能比较优越,因此液压系统广泛应用于生产的各行各业。随着生产规模的不断扩大和生产的自动化发展及生产精度等各方面的要求,液压系统也越来越复杂,液压系统的故障诊断也从传统的方法向智能方法过渡。钢铁冶金行业中普遍采用了液压系统,能否使生产顺利进行,生产效率如何,甚至生产过程是否安全,都与液压系统的功能有着直接的关系。人们已经开始研究本领域的液压系统故障诊断,但是真正投入使用的系统仍然较少。 本文先对液压系统故障诊断的各种方法进行了简单的阐述,包括感官诊断法、参数诊断法、故障树诊断法、铁谱诊断法等,并说明了各种方法的优缺点,并指出,智能诊断已成为液压系统故障诊断的发展趋势;随后,文章描述了电极液压系统在钢铁冶金过程中所起的重要作用,并针对一个具体的控制电极升降的液压系统,给出了其智能故障诊断的一套方案:不仅包括各种参数的选取原则、各参数的处理方法,还包括如何进行故障的定位和报警等。 复杂液压系统的故障诊断,有时需要多种诊断方法的同时使用,才能准确的确定故障部位。目前,液压系统故障智能诊断也朝着向多种方法综合的方向发展,这项技术正处在初级阶段,有待于进一步完善和成熟。

【Abstract】 Fluid drive is one basic means to transfer power, and the properties are better than that of the other ways, so hydraulic system is widely used in every field of production. With the expansion of the production scale, the automatization of the production, and the requirement of precision, hydraulic system is becoming more and more complex than before, and its malfunction diagnosis is going from traditional methods to intelligent methods. Hydraulic system is used in Steel smelting field. Whether the production is smooth or not, what the efficiency is, even whether the process is safe or not, all of these are relevant to the function of the hydraulic system being used, so people began to study fault diagnosis of hydraulic system in this field, but actually few of them have been applied in real system.The paper concisely describes several methods which are being used in hydraulic system fault detection first, including sense organ method, parameter method, fault tree method, metal chat method and so on, it also gives the strongpoint and deficiency of every means. It points out that intelligent diagnosis method is the developing trend, then this paper describes the important function of electrode hydraulic system in the field of steel smelting and give a set of methods to a given electrode hydraulic control system. This method includes how to choose parameters, how to deal with them, and how to fix the fault part and how to give an alarm.Sometimes we need to consider more than one method while diagnosing complex hydraulic system. At present, intelligent diagnosis system is combined with many traditional or modern means, it is still in its infancy and needs further development.
