喷射鼓泡脱硫除尘净化装置防腐与工艺优化设计

Study on the Craft and Antisepsis about Jet Bubbling Flue Gas Dust Removal and Desulphurization Cleaner

【摘要】 燃烧含硫化合物,如煤和石油,导致了二氧化硫的释放。众所周知,二氧化硫可以对身体和环境造成致命的伤害,因此很多国家都在致力于烟气脱硫的研究。 兰州理工大学智能人工环境研究所从1987年开始就致力于喷射鼓泡脱硫除尘装置的研究开发。喷射鼓泡脱硫除尘装置是一种高效、低阻、结构简单的设备。在实际应用的过程中,发现系统的腐蚀比较严重,需要改善。2004年获得甘肃省自然基金的资助,着手解决此问题。 为了改善系统的腐蚀状况,采取了如下措施: 优化脱硫工艺,主要包括在烟气进入喷射鼓泡前,增添了气气换热器(GGH)。一方面,它能改善JBR内部的脱硫环境,避免液体大量的蒸发;另一方面,它可以有效的提升排放烟气的温度,避免排放气体的露点腐蚀。 对于系统的防腐蚀,为了节约开支,首先以涂片来进行防腐实验,然后才应用在设备上。经过实验发现,在碳钢表面涂覆玻璃鳞片,不仅能够耐受高温,而且能够在酸性环境下达到良好的防腐性能。 因此,通过优化研究,可以得出结论:该系统的防腐是成功的。同时测定了优化后的系统的脱硫效率以及影响因素,它的脱硫效率高达90%,除尘效率可以达到98%。另外,由经济效益分析可以得知,JBR成本低廉。因此,它能够满足工业和生活锅炉需要,值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 The combustion process of sulphur containing fossil fuels such as coal and oil produces sulphur dioxide (SO2). It is well known that SO2 has detrimental effects on human health and the environment, so many countries have carried out research on desulphurization.Since 1987, the Artificial Environmental Research Institute of the Lanzhou University of Technology has developed Jet Bubbling Reactor (JBR). It’s a type of high-efficient dust removal and desulphurization purifying equipment. The JBR has high desulphurization efficiency, low system operational resistance and simple structure. But we found the corrosion of the system is serious during the application period, in order to solve the problem, I got Gansu Provincial Natural Science sustentation fund in Oct. 2004.In order to solve the corrosion problem, some measures are taken as follows: Firstly, optimize the desulphurization craft, a gas-gas-heated exchanger (GGH) is added before the flue gas entered the JBR. On the one hand, it can decrease the gas’s temperature, to avoid the limestone serosity vaporizes under high temperature;on the other hand to upgrade the flue’s temperature which release from the chimney, then it can avoid the dew point corrosion of the chimney.In order to reduce expenses, antisepsis experiments with spread flake are done firstly, and then apply it on the equipment. Spread the vinyl ester glass flake mortar (VEGF) on the inner surface of the system includes GGH, entrance pipe, JBR exit pipe and chimney etc. According the temperature and the pH, the different parts are painted in different thickness. We can find that the VEGF can protect the instrument effectively in both high temperature and acid condition.Through the optimizing design, a conclusion can be drawn that the antisepsis is successful. The efficiency of the desulphurization and the influence factor after optimization is tested, the desulphurizing efficiency can reach as high as to 90%, dust removal efficiency can reach 98%. Besides, JBR’s costs is low, so it can be used in both boiler for industry and life, it is worthy of popularizing.
