基于变频调速在泵站控制系统中应用的研究

【摘要】 本文依据变频技术的原理,论证了泵变频调速运行节能的基本机理,并对影响其调速范围、节能效果的一些主要因素进行了较详细地分析与讨论。从而阐明了泵站运行采用转速控制法比阀门控制法在节能与操作控制上的明显优越性。同时通过对泵站现行的控制系统与采用变频控制系统的分析、比较,推导并给出了工程上简单实用的变频调速供水系统的数学模型。 根据泵变频调速控制节能的基本原理,给出了采用AT89C51单片机进行变频调速控制而设计的变频调速恒压供水系统及其控制原理图,以及构成该控制系统的硬件结构图与实现该系统控制的软件流程图。 通过本课题的研究,提出并设计出了以单片机为核心的变频调速恒压供水系统。该系统可根据管网用水量的变化,实现泵组的自动切换或变频调速。用该系统实行恒压供水取代传统的供水方式,不仅控制方便、灵活,还可省去高位水塔或直接加压的泵系统等;更主要的是具有明显的节能效果和稳定的控制性能。因而本课题所设计的系统具有广泛的推广价值和广阔的市场前景。

【Abstract】 According to the principle of frequency conversion technology, demonstrate the basic principle of pumps of frequency conversion adjusting the speed in operating energy-conservation. And as influencing some major factors of its scope of speed adjustment and the effect of energy saving to go on detailed analysis and discussion. Expound pump station operation adopting the rotational speed control the law more advantage than the valve control the law in energy-conservation.Through analysing and comparing the current control system and control system of frequency conversion in pump station, derive and provide the simple and practical mathematics model about frequency conversion adjusting pressure of water -supply system in project.According to the basic principle of the frequency conversion control energy-conserving of pumps, adopt AT89C51,one-chip computer, for frequency conversion adjusting the speed control to design frequency conversion adjusting the speed of the controlled principle picture , and compose this controlled system of structure chart of the hardware and realize this system control of software flow chart in constant voltage of water -supply system .Passing the research of this topic, put forward and design one-chip computer as the core of frequency conversion adjusting the speed constant voltage water -supply system.according to change of pipe network of water consumption,this system can realize pump group switch over automatically or frequency conversion adjusting the speed. The system can replace the traditional water supply mode,not only convenient and flexible in control,but also a high water tower or add to press directly of the pump system etc;and more important the application has proved to be very effective for saving on energy and control performance is stable. As a result, the system that this topic design has worth and vast market foreground of extensive expansion.
