基于UML的工作流建模研究

【摘要】 工作流技术是当前计算机应用领域的一个研究热点,利用工作流技术对企业进行业务过程的建模和分析不仅可以规范化企业的业务流程,发现业务流程中不合理和低效的环节,进而对企业的业务过程进行优化重组,达到全面提高企业运作效率的目的,而且所建立的业务过程模型本身就是企业非常重要的知识库和规则库,可以成为指导企业实施计算机信息化管理的模型。因此,深入研究和大力发展工作流技术对于促进企业管理规范化、信息化,从而对提高经济效益有重要的现实意义。UML是一种定义良好、易于表达、功能强大且普遍适用的建模语言,它溶入了软件工程领域的新思想、新方法和新技术,采用一套成熟的建模技术,除了最常用在建立软件系统模型之外,还可以用于描述机械系统、企业结构、商业系统等等,可以对任何具有静态结构和动态行为的系统进行建模。工作流建模技术一直是工作流技术研究的重要课题之一,国内外研究人员已经在这方面提出了许多有价值的方法,本文分析了传统的工作流建模方法,指出了传统工作流建模方法存在的不足,并对UML的建模能力进行了分析,结合工作流管理系统的系统结构和UML的特点以及在分析其它工作流建模理论的基础上,对利用UML进行工作流建模进行了分析研究,并提出了一种基于扩展的UML活动图的工作流建模方法。本文的主要研究工作及创新如下:1.研究了当前的工作流建模方法,分析了传统的工作流建模方法存在的问题,对UML活动图的建模能力进行了研究;2.对利用UML进行工作流建模进行了研究,给出了工作流建模的流程,从用例视图、活动视图、状态机视图和交互视图四个方面给出了基于UML的工作流建模方法,并作了具体的分析;3.提出了一种基于扩展UML活动图的工作流建模方法,把在过程模型中涉及的主要内容分成三类,分别是控制信息、活动、触发信息,并对业务过程中的控制信息、活动、触发信息进行了扩充,并进一步讨论了该方法存在的优势;4.用非形式化的语义定义了基于扩展UML活动图的建模方法的建模元素、路由结构、建模规则及执行规则,并用形式化的语义加以定义。本文的最后总结了本文的研究成果,指出了不足和下一步的研究工作。本文提出的基于扩展UML活动图的工作流建模方法通过对UML活动图的扩展,丰富

【Abstract】 Workflow technology is the research hotspot in computer application domain. Enterprisebusiness process modeling and analysis in-depth with Workflow technology can normalizeEnterprise business process, find the irrational and inefficient section, then optimize and regroupthe business process, improve the efficiency roundly. And enterprise business process model isalso the important repository and regulations which can instruct enterprise to implementcomputer informational management model. Therefore, studying deeply and advancingenergetically Workflow Technology have a important realistic significance which can promotenormalization and informatization of enterprise management, then improve economiceffectiveness.UML is a kind of language, which is well defined, easily to express, powerful and can becommonly used. It has the new method and new technique of the software engineering. It adoptsa suit of mature modeling technique. It can be used to describe the machine system, enterpriseframework and business system as well as set up the commonly used software system modeling.It can also build the modeling of any kind system, which has the static state structure or dynamicstate action.Workflow modeling technology is one of the core problems in the area of Workflowtechnology. Researchers have given us a lot of valuable methods. This paper analyses thetraditional Workflow modeling methods, points out the drop and lack of them and analyze themodeling ability of the UML. Analyses and researches of modeling the Workflow with UML aredone based on analyzing functions of WfMS and the ability of UML. At last, brings forward akind of Workflow modeling method based on extended UML Activity diagram. The major research works and initiative points in this thesis are as follows:1.Researching the methods of current Workflow modelling, analyzing the deficiency thatexists and carrying on analysis to the ability of UML activity modelling diagram;2.Giving detailed analysis and research in using UML to make the Workflow model, givingthe flow of Workflow modelling and showing the basic modelling method with UML from fouraspects, they are using case view, activity view, state machine view and interactive view. At lastgiving the specific analysis;3.Bringing forward a method of Workflow modeling based on the UML Activity diagram,dividing the main content involved in the process modeling into three species, they are controlinformation, touching off information and activity, extending them and giving the advantages ofthis method.4.Defining the modeling elements, routing structure, modeling rule and executing rule ofthe new Workflow modeling method in non-formalized and formalized method.Lastly, give a summary of this paper, point out the shortcoming and preview the followingjob.The extended of the UML activity diagram enriches the variety of the operation element inthe activity diagram, increases the data stream and the structured analysis of the Workflow model,and adds the expression manner. It can depict the whole operation process from the basic point ofview. Besides of this, it not only can depict the operation information of the process distinctly, butalso can make the system look less numerous and complicated.
