思想政治教育的个体价值研究

【摘要】 从价值论的视角考证思想政治教育的地位和作用就形成思想政治教育价值理论。思想政治教育价值包括两大基本形态:社会价值和个体价值,其中思想政治教育的个体价值亟待加强研究。可以说思想政治教育的个体价值是思想政治教育的落脚点和归宿;是重视人的价值、促进人的全面发展、彰显人的潜能和创造力、促进和谐社会构建的客观需要。因此,我们今天研究思想政治教育的个体价值有极其重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文以马克思主义的辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为指导,从宏观和微观、理论与实践、历史和现实结合的角度对思想政治教育个体价值的体系进行了较为详尽的分析。从理论上力图对思想政治教育的个体价值的内涵、基本内容、实现的过程及实质等进行较为完备的构建;在实践上,具体分析了思想政治教育的个体价值存在的现实依据,探讨了实现思想政治教育个体价值的必要条件。本篇论文共包括三大部分,具体内容如下:思想政治教育价值及其个体价值的内涵。从价值概念入手分析了思想政治教育价值的内涵,指明它的基本价值形态是社会价值与个体价值。进一步阐述了思想政治教育的个体价值内涵,探讨了思想政治教育的个体价值的具体表现:能促进个体的社会化,提高个体的社会适应能力;满足个体的精神需要,建构精神家园;促进人的全面发展,彰显独特个性;塑造健全人格,创设和谐人际关系。通过这些分析完成了对思想政治教育个体价值的理论构建。研究思想政治教育个体价值的必要性。思想政治教育的个体价值是思想政治教育自身发展的内在要求、当前我国社会发展的客观需要、马克思主义人的全面发展理论的题中应有之义、现代教育思潮的发展趋势的体现。因此,思想政治教育的个体价值存在既有理论依据又符合现实社会的需要。思想政治教育个体价值的实现。首先,分析了思想政治教育的个体价值实现的实质即价值由“潜”到“显”,使思想政治教育取得实效的过程;指明思想政治教育的个体价值实现要经过内化、外化、反馈三个阶段才能达到预期的目的。再次,分析了影响思想政治教育的个体价值实现的三大因素,即作为思想政治教育价值主体的个人、作为价值客体的思想政治教育本身和外在环境。从三大影响因素入手,详尽论述了促进思想政治教育的个体价值实现的对策:以人为本,调动人的心理因素;培育人的主体性,促进人的全面发展;更多还原

【Abstract】 The value theory of ideological and political education is formed when carrying out the textual research of the status and function of ideological and political education from the angle of the theory of value. The value of ideological and political education includes two basic aspects: social value and individual value. Between them two, the individual value of ideological and political education is in urgent need of being researched. We may say the individual value of ideological and political education is the starting point and destination of the value of ideological and political education, besides, it is also the objective requirement to attach great importance to people’s value, promote people’s overall improvement, exploit people’s latent and creativity and promote the structure of a harmonious society. Therefore, the research of the individual value of ideological and political education is undoubtedly of great significance both in theory and in practice.Guided by Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the thesis analyzes exhaustively the system of the individual value of ideological and political education both macroscopically and microscopically, theoretically and practically, historically and realistically. In theory ,the thesis tries to structure completely the connotation, basic content, process of realization and the essence of the individual value of ideological and political education. In practice, it analyzes concretely the realistic basis on which the ideological and political education rests and probes into the essential requirements of realizing the individual value of ideological and political education.There are three parts in the thesis as follows:1.Value of ideological and political education and individual value of ideological and political education. For this point, the thesis analyzes the connotation of value of ideological and political education, beginning with the value concept. It points out the basic value forms are social value and individual value. The connotation of individual value of ideological and political education is further expounded in this part, too. What’s more, the concrete manifestations of individual value of ideological and political education are probed into in this part.
