机车控制系统自动化模式的研究

【摘要】 机车是我国铁路目前以及未来高速铁路的核心装备之一,机车控制系统的不同模式,不仅代表其本身的新技术含量,更直接影响整个铁路运输系统的现代化程度。而不同的模式之间,必然存在着如何兼容与过渡的问题。本论文针对机车的控制系统,首次分析了其自动化模式的种类、特点和发展方向,探讨了在新技术引入过程中,不同模式之间过渡的可行性与发展方向。首先借助教学实验平台,以SS8型电力机车的主断路器控制电路为例,用通用PLC器件,对传统机车控制电路进行软触点仿真设计,从而探讨机车控制电路的从传统的有触点模拟控制模式向无触点数字控制模式转变的可行性。然后在分析了动车组技术LonWorks技术特点基础上,提出了采用网络控制实现机车、列车、运输综合控制的方案,着重探讨了对现有机车调速控制系统向网络控制模式转变的可行性。最后按照系统控制理论,提出“三闭环控制系统”的概念,把机车电路控制与调速控制结合起来、把机车控制与列车控制结合起来、把车上控制系统与车下行车调度系统结合起来,用“自动控制”理论,从机车控制系统自动化模式的角度,探讨了适合我国国情的高速铁路运输系统模型。从仿真实验的结果上看,可以实现向微机自动化控制模式转变;从论证结果上看,也可以实现向网络控制模式的转变。因此在与传统控制模式兼容的前提下,逐步向更先进的控制模式过渡,是符合我国铁路机车装备现代化发展需要的必由之路。
【Abstract】 The control system of the locomotive is not only a locomotive own key point, butalso system of the whole railway , especially key part of the system of high-speed railwayin the future. With to take , develop at a high speed railway, locomotive control systemadopt automation control, develop towards digitization , networked , information-baseddirection constantly. This thesis is directed against the control system of the locomotive ,sum up its automatic mode for the first time: Think equipment state go on control ofhandling in locomotive , can divide into , have simulation of contact control the modeand contactless digital control mode;Can be divided into a unit and controlled mode andnetwork and controlled the mode in adjusting and controlling rapidly;According totraditional systematic control theory , can divide into , turn on ring control , electriccurrent form close , control , electric current / pace pair close ring control.Limited by economic condition , it is impossible to the disposable update ofapparatus , so probe into while the new technology introduces while being necessary,under a large number of newer prerequisite of existing equipment, to advanced automaticmode feasibility that carry out the transition even more.The manipulation control in the equipment state, take main circuit breaker controlcircuit of the electric locomotive of Model SS8 as an example, draw support from theexperiment platform of electric intelligent tutoring, according to the function principle ofcommon PLC device, draw the ladder-shaped picture, design the main wiring diagram ,carry on the artificial experiment on the experiment platform. By the look of artificialcourse, the logic structure is clear, programming is simple, I/O circuit design isconvenient, can adopt the common module in a large amount;Come , watch from resultthat emulation debug , can well realize with common PLC device main circuit breakershut floodgate control logic control requests of course, and work steadily. So control themode to transform into contactless digital control mode from there is simulation ofcontact traditionallying, have feasibility on the technological aspect. Consider PLCtechnology is becoming riper , the cost is dropping constantly , do not need to enter thefactory at the same time , so long as design the common apparatus , can finish thetransformation in the unit of operation;And electric locomotive relatively stable tocontrol apparatus, I/O some commonability better, the capital equipment is not limited bythe style , only need to change the software according to different logic requirements .Adjust speed control in the locomotive , has analyzed the group technologicalLonWorks technological characteristic of motor car at first, have put forward the networkof adopting and controlled and realized the bus scheme that the locomotive , train ,transporting amount control synthetically, design the nodal hardware , nodal softwaredesign and systematic network of group are designed. Discuss nodal association principle,real-time character to analyze network, expound the fact node design with group networkdesigning especially. Analyzed to the electromagnetic compatibility of the system, putforward the solution at the same time . Debug through static behavior and resultdebugged to load watch, can break away from and have traditional locomotive controltechnology originally , totally adopt adjusting the control of speed of LONWORKStechnology locomotive . On the basis of the concept of the network , in the form ofsimpler network , adopt the module design, having realized the control of the motor car,prove through the present test of loading, the systematic design is rational , reliable .System adopt module design , print plate making size mark designing according toEurope , the structural design is flexible , help to imbed other control systems, benefit andfurther expand or upgrade the system to the more complicated , more open network too,the ones that realized control of train are totally networked.LONWORKS technology is open , networked as one and with developingtechnology of international IT technology, group constant to introduce in technology withmotor car, at technological aspect, existing locomotive transfer speed control systemcontrol to network mode change , have feasibility. Because locomotive adjust , controlitself realize computer control already , already can share so as to datum rapidly;Railwaysystematic to have , drive a vehicle deployment , locomotive communication , signalnetwork of deployment by itself at the same time, can also share with apparatus, socontrol technology ripe becoming with network, it is feasible too for existing locomotiveto adjust the speed to carry on the transformation that the network controls the modesystematically.According to the control theory of the system, control the circuit of thelocomotive to combine with adjusting and controlling rapidly, control until train control ,combine locomotive together , control system and car drive a vehicle deployment’ssystem is combined together car, in terms of automatic mode of control system of thelocomotive , have probed into the transportation system models of high-speed railway ofthe suitable national conditions of our country, i.e. three of " the electric current iscontrolled + the pace is controlled + the transporting amount is controlled " closes thering to control.Look from result of PLC artificial experiment , can realize that change to thecontactless digital control mode of the computer;Control from LONWORKS networkapplication at locomotive watch at the result , can realize to network control transition ofmode too. So base on the premise that it is compatible to control the mode with thetradition , carry out the transition to more advanced control mode progressively , havefeasibility , accord with of our country locomotive equip modernized development needtoo.Limited by time and one’s own knowledge level, unavoidably there are improperplaces in the thesis, please offer teacher , expert make a comment
