酶法催化餐饮废油制备生物柴油的研究

【摘要】 本文借鉴油脂醇解酯交换的反应原理,研究利用餐饮废油和乙醇作为原料,以固定化脂肪酶作为催化剂,催化酯交换反应制备生物柴油的反应最优条件及反应动力学。通过对反应温度、固定化脂肪酶用量、水含量、醇油比、乙醇投加方式、有机溶剂种类及用量、摇床转速和系统pH值等进行条件实验,得出各反应条件对生物柴油产率的影响;在条件实验的基础上,选择醇油比、醇投加次数、酶用量和反应时间为实验因素,进行正交试验,得出反应温度47℃,摇床转速170r/min,有机溶剂为正己烷,醇为无水乙醇(99.97%),醇油比为3:1,5次投加乙醇,酶投加0.2g(油重的1%wt),反应时间为32h时,生物柴油产率可达91.3%。本实验得出反应条件,仅为实验室摸索,可为今后的扩大实验及中试设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 With the development of society and the increase of the population in the world, the limited energy is consumed greatly day by day. For our country, an energy consumption one, was already faced with the shortage of the energy and the problem has threatened our national stabilization and safety. Meanwhile, owing to the consumption of the petrifaction fuel, the ecological environment was aggravated and the sustainable development of national economy and society was inhibited. Therefore, it is an urgent time to develop a kind of substitute fuel. The biodiesel is such a substitute fuel which is renwable and clean.The biodiesel was got by the alcoholysis ester interchange reaction between natural animal ,vegetable oils and low carbon alcohol such as methanol and ethanol with the addition of accelerant, the bases of the biodiesel was aliphatic acid methyl ester or ethyl ester. It has many advantages compared with the putrescence fuel, such as its non-poisonous, biodegradable, renewable and cleaness.Nowadays, the biodiesel was developed and popularized in many occident countries, some biodiesel production plants were also built, and it was supported on the policy. However, the case inside has just been in the beginning.
