【摘要】 城市客运交通系统凭借四通八达的交通网络和不同功能、形式的交通工具,把居住区和工作区、市区和郊区联系起来,为发展生产、方便生活、沟通城乡、繁荣经济文化服务,客运交通系统是整个城市正常运转不可缺少的重要组成部分。但随着城市化和机动化进程的加快,城市交通供给与交通需求的失衡矛盾日益突出,并直接导致城市问题的产生,制约社会经济水平的发展。 本文通过查阅国内外相关文献资料,采用系统科学分析问题的基本方法,结合城市社会经济发展,城市土地利用等特征,对城市客运交通进行了全面的系统分析,包括城市客运交通系统方式分类以及国内外城市客运交通结构对比分析、城市功能分析,建立了城市客运交通系统的概念内涵模型。 协调好城市客运交通的各方面,可以实现旅客大规模、大范围空间流动,产生巨大的时间和空间效应,以及降低城市客运成本,缩短旅客在途时间。本文从道路供需协调、换乘协调两个方面讨论了城市客运交通系统的综合协调。 在此基础上,对评价的基本原则、评价的思想构架、评价指标的确立进行了理论研究,建立了城市客运交通系统评价指标体系并对各个指标进行了具体分析,利用层次分析法确定其权重。结合广义函数法方法对系统进行评价。最后以扬州市背景,进行了实例验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 The system of urban passenger traffic relies on the transport network, different functions and form ways of transportation that extends in all direction and connects inhabited region and workspace, urban area and suburb. The purpose of the system is to develop production, make life more convenient, communicate in urban and rural areas and bring about a prosperous economy culture. The system of the passenger traffic is the indispensable important component that the whole city runs well. But with the speed-up of the urbanization and the mobilization, the discrepancy that the urban traffic supply can’t satisfy the demand is becoming increasingly obvious. It results in urban traffic problem and restrains the development of society economy.This paper, based on the method of analyzing problems of system engineering, and combined the domestic and international relevant documents and materials, have set up the conceptual model of the traffic system of urban passenger traffic and analyzes comprehensively the system of urban passenger traffic including the components, the function, the characters of the urban passenger transportation system and contrast between structure of the national and foreign urban passenger traffic.Optimizing the comprehensive coordination of the traffic system of the urban passenger traffic well, can realize the larger passenger traffic and big range space flow, produce enormous time and space effect, and reduce the urban passenger traffic cost, shorten the passenger time in transit.This paper discuss urban passenger traffic comprehensive coordination of traffic system in the way of traffic supply -demand coordinate and transit coordination.Based on them, this paper establishes the system of relation to study theoretically the evaluation of urban passenger traffic system from the aspects such as basic principle of evaluation, idea structure of evaluation. The evaluation index of urban passenger traffic has been set up. And this paper adapts the AHP method to confirm weights of the indexes. Finally the general function evaluation method is applied to evaluate the system.更多还原
