城市高架轨道交通景观分析理论与评价模型

【摘要】 一般城市空间分为建筑空间、交通空间和开放空间。作为建筑空间的美学问题人们研究已有若干世纪,而交通空间的美学问题最早是主要研究街景或叫“街道美学”,在城市开始“汽车化”之后,对城市道路美学和高速公路美学的研究逐渐发展起来。随着城市的不断扩大发展,城市轨道交通在城市公共交通中所占比重越来越大,而对城市轨道交通在景观方面的研究却较少。高架轨道交通的景观问题是现代交通对环境提出的新问题。 本文提出了一个适合城市高架轨道交通的景观研究方法——城市高架轨道交通动—静态景观分析方法,即引出了城市高架轨道交通动态景观的概念,根据对重庆轻轨2号线动态景观意象的调研分析成果,从城市高架轨道交通空间中提取动态景观元素即为:线路、车站、边界、区域及标志,并对这些元素的相互关系进行了剖析;对静态景观的概念作了诠释,并提出城市高架轨道交通静态景观的研究重点应为:高架桥自身结构美学问题和高架轨道交通与环境协调两大问题。高架桥自身结构的美学问题,分别对高架桥桥墩、桥梁形体等高架桥的构造结构物进行分析。在高架轨道交通与环境协调问题,提出轨道高架桥的形态、尺度、色彩及材质应与环境协调,并给出其与环境协调的处理方法。 最后选用“目标—指标层次”分析方法,从动态景观和静态景观两个方面去构建城市高架轨道交通景观评价体系,并以重庆轻轨2号线中的两个有代表性的区段景观,对该体系进行了验证。最后的景观评价结果表明,通过本文建立的城市高架轨道交通景观评价体系能够具体体现出高架轨道景观的差异性,并能反映具体差异点及差异程度。可明确量化的反映高架轨道交通的景观评价等级和其中单项指标的景观等级,并具有可比性,其结果能准确、客观的反映城市高架轨道交通景观的实际情况,方法简单易行,具有实用性。 本文提出的城市高架轨道交通动—静态景观分析方法进一步补充了现代交通的景观研究,为城市高架轨道交通景观建设寻求科学、实用的建设对策;建立的评价体系和评价方法可对已建成的高架轨道交通提出改进措施和对未建设的轨道交通提供决策依据,对高架轨道交通的设计、建设、管理等工作都有着深远的意义。

【Abstract】 The city space is divided in to architectural space, traffic space and open space. Be the esthetics problem of architectural space, people research already for centuries. At the soonest , the esthetics problem of traffic space that deals with vista or call“ the street esthetics", after city start" motorize", the research of the city road esthetics and the superhighway esthetics are developed. As the city grew, the urban rail transit is increasing in proportion to other public transit, but there are much less research in landscape of Urban Rail Transit .The problem of Urban Viaduct Rail Transit Landscape is new problem that the modern transportation puts forward to the environment.This text mainly launches the discussion from the dynamic landscapes and static landscapes problems of Urban Viaduct Rail Transit .The dynamic landscapes is put the principal part in this discussion, the passenger enjoy the city by riding Urban Viaduct Rail Transit,° and the city view is organize by it .The thesis of Urban Viaduct Rail Transit is based on environment behavior and saw about ChongQin light rail. In the static landscapes thesis, the Urban Viaduct Rail Transit°is put the position, which is appreciated by the "off-street person" and is analyzed from architecture esthetics problem of it oneself structures and it with relation of environment around.The Analytic Hierarchy Process is use for building Urban Rail Transit landscape evaluation system, that consider two aspects both dynamic landscape and static landscape. This system is proved its availability by instance of light railtransit in CHONGQIN .The results show that the Urban Viaduct Rail Transit landscape evaluation system the thesis established can reflect the difference of the Urban Viaduct Rail Transit landscape in a specific way, and can reflect the different degree. The evaluation system the thesis set up could reflect the actual circumstance and have the good reference value to the research work of the aftertime. It could provide the basis to set up the Urban Rail Transit for improving the measure and to construct the Urban Rail Transit for the design^ construction management, maintain etc . The works all have the profound meaning.Thought and methods of this paper to" The research of Urban Viaduct Rail Transit Landscape" carried on the detailed study, the aim to perfect the thesis of landscape in modern transportation., to look for science, practical methods of construction of city transportation landscapes.
