青藏客车电气系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 青藏客车是我国乃至世界上首次在海拔高达5000米的高原上运营的铁路客车。因此在设计和制作过程中,我们充分考虑了青藏铁路的特殊地理环境及其恶劣的气候条件,为了使青藏客车能够在高原上安全运营,我们多次到高原对列车上的电气设备和电气元件进行实地试验,选用了合格的电气设备和电气元件。本论文是在南车四方机车车辆股份公司成功制造出我国第一列青藏客车的基础上,解决了该车在设计阶段和高原试验过程电气系统运行中出现的部分问题。 (1)论文介绍了青藏铁路的地理环境和气候条件,提出了在设计过程所需要解决的实际问题及实现方法。 (2)论文从实际情况出发对青藏客车进行了硬件方面的设计,分别对列车的供电系统、控制系统、网络系统以及列车电气设备间的逻辑控制软件实现做了详细的叙述,解决了空调和制氧机的之间联控问题。 (3)根据在高原情况下青藏车上控制用电气元件的试验结果,选用了合适的电气元件,应用在青藏客车上。考虑到列车运营的安全性和乘客乘车的舒适性,对综合控制柜—逆变器—空调—制氧机之间的逻辑控制关系做了详尽的说明,并且分别以控制柜、制氧机为中心进行了相应的控制关系认证。 (4)通过对首列青藏客车整个电气系统在青藏铁路的试运营结果的总结,得出高原状况下对不同电气元件的影响程度。

【Abstract】 Qingzang coach is a train which is first used in Qingzang plateau. The altitude of the plateau even mounted at 5000 km. Its special geography envioroment and bad climate condition has been considered during design and manufacture. In order to make the train run saftly on the plateau, Many tests have been done in the Qingzang plateau about the electrical partments and equipments , the qualified products have been chosen. My papar was written after my experience in the design and tests in the plateau and was based on the first Qingzang train manufactured successfully by the Nanche Sifang locomotive and rolling stock company.(1) The geography envioroment and bad climate condition of Qingzang railway have been given in this paper, and put forth the questions in the pratical application and the solution methods have been given.(2) Hardware design about the electry-providing systems /the control systems and network communication systems are specified in the paper. And make a detailed discussion about the the logical control software used in the electrical equipment of train, escpecially in the associate control about aircondition and oxygen providing machine.(3) According the test conclusion of electrical partments used in the train, proper products are chosen in the disign and applied in the qingzang train. Considered about the running safety of train and ride comfort index, I gives the detailed logical control between the relation of synthetic control case/converter/aircondition/oxygen providing machine. And mainly demostrate the control relation between aircondition and oxygen.(4) Improvement is provided after the summarize of first Qingzang train’s trial running conclusion .
