卫星广播电视地球站抗干扰监控系统与关键技术研究

【摘要】 卫星传输是利用卫星作为中继站进行信号传输,因其具有传输距离远、覆盖面大、传输质量高、容量大等特点,近二十年来在我国广播电视事业中得到蓬勃发展和广泛应用。但广播电视的卫星传输系统采用开放的、无线远程、点对面的传输模式,极易受到干扰。如何确保卫星广播电视系统的正常运行和传输质量,已引起社会的普遍关注。 本文首先从卫星通信和广播电视系统的概念和组成出发,对数字卫星广播电视系统的特点、组成和传输体制进行了分析;然后从卫星广播电视系统的有效载荷入手,着重分析了透明转发器在干扰情况下的性能,并从卫星、地球站和地球站的监控系统三个方面总结了抗干扰的若干措施;接着从干扰对信号和频谱的直观影响,分析了下行信道参数的变化过程,并以此为依据提出了下行信道参数比对结合上行信道参数综合判断的抗干扰监控方案;最后根据这个方案,设计并实现了卫星广播电视地球站的抗干扰监控系统。 该抗干扰监控系统成功运用到某卫星地球站后,极大提高了该地球站传输故障定位和干扰判断的准确性和处理的及时性,并将干扰的处理时间缩短为秒级水平,真正实现了该地球站的全自动化运行管理。该系统可以普及到全国的各卫星通信地球站中。

【Abstract】 The satellite transmission is a type of signal transmission using satellites as relay stations, its characteristics are long transmission distance, great cover area, high transmission quality and big capability, has been vigorously developed and widely used in radio and television fields in our country for last twenty years. But the satellite transmission system for radio and television adopts a open, wireless long-distance, point to surface transmission mode, is very easy to be interfered. It has become the focus of concern to how to assure normal running and good transmission quality of satellite radio and television systems.Firstly, with the beginning with the concepts and components of satellite communications and radio and television systems, this thesis analyzes the characteristics, components and transmission mode of digital satellite radio and television systems. Secondly, after surveying the effective load of satellite radio and television systems, the performance of transparent transponder with interference is mainly investigated, and anti-jamming measures are summarized from respects of satellites, earth stations and monitor systems of earth stations. Then basing on the analysis of the changing process of downlink channel parameters from the effects of signal and spectrum with interference, a anti-jamming monitor scheme for radio and television earth stations is presented, this scheme is achieved by contrasting down-link channel parameters and judging interferences with the combination of up-link channel parameters. Finally, how to design and develop a anti-jamming monitor system for satellite radio and television earth stations with this scheme is described carefully.Since a certain earth station have used this anti-jamming monitor system successfully, the veracity and processing time of transmission fault positions and interference judgment are greatly improved, and the processing time is only about a few second, thereby the automatic running and management of the earth station are realized in deed. The significance of this scheme lies in the popularization in countrywide satellite earth stations.
