【摘要】 唯物史观是实践的、革命的认识和改造社会的科学理论，从创立之日起就随着社会的发展而不断发展。中国共产党提出要不断深化对共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展规律的认识，不断丰富和发展马克思主义。这在党史上第一次提出要深化对共产党执政规律的认识，标志着我党对于社会主义建设规律认识的进一步深化，是马克思主义中国化历程上的里程碑。“三个规律”是一个双向互动的辩证统一整体。共产党执政规律，是人类社会发展规律，尤其是社会主义建设规律的集中体现。共产党执政规律与社会主义建设规律是一枚硬币的两面，二者共同依托中国特色社会主义建设实践，抓住了共产党执政规律，就是抓住了中国特色社会主义建设规律的机柄，也就是抓住了马克思主义理论中国化过程的主要方面。“三个代表”重要思想是在对“三个规律”进行深刻认识的基础上概括出来的，标志着我们党对“三个规律”的认识发生了一次质的飞跃。“三个代表”重要思想深刻揭示了党的建设与社会主义现代化建设的内在联系，使我们党对社会主义建设规律的认识达到了一个新的境界。它创新和发展了生产力和生产关系原理，揭示出先进生产力是决定社会历史变迁和社会形态更替的决定力量，要求中国共产党始终代表中国先进生产力的发展要求；创新和发展了经济基础和上层建筑原理，指出先进的文化和意识形态是先进社会生产力的反映和体现，同时又为社会生产力的发展和人类社会的前进提供思想指导、精神动力和智力支持。中国共产党必须始终代表中国先进文化的前进方向，牢牢把握先进文化的发展趋势，努力繁荣先进文化。它创新和发展了人民群众创造历史原理，指出中国共产党要始终代表中国最广大人民的根本利益，坚持人民的利益高于一切，这始终关系党的执政的全局，关系国家经济政治文化发展的全局，关系全国各族人民的团结和社会安定的全局。“三个代表”重要思想创造性地把党的建设同当今世界和当代中国的发展趋势，同我国社会主义的自我完善更多还原

【Abstract】 The historical materialism is practical and revolutionary cognition and scientific theory to change the world. It has been developing with the development of society since the very day of its establishing. The CPC put forward that it should continuously deepen cognition of the party governing law, socialist construction law and developmental law of human society ,and enrich and develop Marxism. It is the first time that the CPC put forward it should deepen cognition of the party governing law |n the party ’ history ,which marked that our party further deepen cognition of socialist construction law and is a landmark in the course of sinicization of Marxism. Three laws are interactive and unified whole. The party governing law embody a concentrated reflection of developmental law of human society , especially socialist construction law. The party governing law and socialist construction law are the two sides of a coin, which rely on practice of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. Grasping governing law of the CPC means grasping the cocking handle of socialist construction law and grasping the main respects sinicization of Marxism. The Important Thought of Three Represents is based on profound cognition of the three laws and marks a qualitative leap of cognition. It profoundly shows internal relations of Party Building and socialist construction and marks our party achieves a new level about cognition of socialist construction law. It innovates and develops principle of productive forces and production relations, shows advanced productive forces is decisive force of social changes and subrogation of social formation, demands the CPC always represents the development trend of China’s advanced productive forces.
