2-乙酰基苯并咪唑缩丙氨酸Schiff碱稀土配合物的合成及性质研究

【摘要】 稀土元素与氨基酸Schiff碱配体形成的配合物以其多样的结构和广泛的用途,愈来愈受到人们的重视。该类配合物具有重要的生物活性及优良的光学性质,在生物、催化及功能材料等领域都有广泛的应用前景。 本文以邻苯二胺、乳酸及CrO3为原料,根据文献报道的方法,制备出2-乙酰基苯并咪唑,并通过此前体与丙氨酸缩合,制备出未见文献报道的苯并咪唑缩丙氨酸Schiff碱,以此Schiff碱为配体,在甲醇中与稀土元素的硝酸盐反应,制备了10种未见文献报道的氨基酸苯并咪唑缩丙氨酸Schiff碱稀土配合物。通过化学分析、元素分析、红外光谱、激光拉曼光谱及紫外光谱等对它们进行了表征,根据实验事实确定了配合物的组成,推测了配合物的结构;以钕配合物作为该系列配合物的代表,进行了TG-DSC测试,分析并推测了配合物的热分解过程。 对配体及其10种稀土配合物进行了三维荧光激发和发射光谱测试,发现形成配合物后,大大改善了2-乙酰基苯并咪唑缩丙氨酸Schiff碱配体的光致发光性能,比较了不同稀土元素对配体荧光的影响,讨论了稀土离子在配合物中的发光机制及升频转换荧光现象。 本文选择该系列具有代表性的四种稀土配合物,分别测定了它们在不同浓度下的抑菌活性,对实验结果进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The coordination compounds ,synthesized with rear earth metal and amino acid Schiff-bases, are paid much more attention for their various structures and extensive uses . These compounds have the vital bioactivity and excellent luminescence , the applied foreground of these compounds will be extensive in the field of bioactivity .catalysis and functional material etc..In’this paper ,we use the o-phenylendiaminc, lactic acid and chromic acid as raw materials .according to the methods of literature and obtain the precursor 2-acetylbenzimidazole . Using the precursor and alanine in methanol solution, we prepare the ten rare earth ’complexes of 2-acetylbenzimidazole and Alanine Schiff-base .The new Schiff-base ligand and rare earth nitrate complexes are determined by chemical analysis , IR spectra、 Raman spectra and UV spectra , the properties of these complexes are determined by experimental facts. The thermal decomposition of the Nd(III) complex which represented the ten complexes has been investigated by TG-DSC. The thermal decomposition process has been presumed by experimental facts .The three-dimension fluorescene excitation and emission spectra of these new rare earth complexes were determined .The experiment results show these complexes which are formed by 2-acetylbenzimidazole and Alanine Schiff base ligand and rare earth ion can improve enormously ligandal photoluminescence ability .We also compared these different rare earth ion which influence the photoluminescence ability of ligand and discussed their photoluminescence mechanism and their up-conversion fluorescence phenomenon .In this paper ,we select four complexes as this series representation and determine their antibacterial activity of different concentration solution. The results of antibacterial activity were analyzed .
