【摘要】 企业通过质量管理提高自身的竞争能力、确立企业自身的竞争优势，在新的竞争环境下，探索工序质量控制在制造企业中的应用以迎接新的挑战、抓住市场机遇，对企业具有重要意义。 本论文按照戴明的质量管理原则、朱兰的质量改进理论、ISO9000系列标准、生产理论、资源整合论等，结合排列图法、因果图法、参数统计分析法、案例企业研究法，以网络技术、多媒体技术为基础的信息技术作为研究手段，采用观察、实地调查、经验总结等方法，从人、机、料、法、环五个方面，就S集团工序中总装的质量控制做一个系统研究。论文通过对S集团工序中总装的质量控制的调查研究，在介绍S集团生产质量控制概况，及其总装质量控制经验与不足后，分析了总装质量控制中的问题。论文在总装质量控制设计思想的指导下，首先分析了S集团产品总装质量控制问题，从零部件质量控制、生产设备状态控制、质量成本控制、总装车间关键工序质量控制等方面，设计了S集团产品总装质量控制方案，及其质量持续改进模型。论文本着解决S集团产品总装质量现有控制系统缺陷，提高系统控制效率的原则，在其现有质量控制系统的基础上，对影响系统效率的方面加以改进，提出了一些切实可行的质量控制改进实施建议，并给出了绩效评价准则、评价方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The enterprise sharpens own competitive ability, the establishment enterprise own competitive advantage through the quality control. Under the new competition environment, it is very important for the enterprise exporting the working procedure quality control, which applies in the manufacture industry; in order to meet with the new challenge, catch hold of the marketing opportunities. This has the vital significance to the enterprise.This paper is according to the Deming Quality Control Principle, Juran ’s Quality Improvement Theory, the ISO9000 series standard, the Production Theory, the Resources Conformity Discusses and so on, the union arrangement chart law, the causes and effects chart law, the parameter statistics analytic method, the case enterprise methodology, take the network technology, the multimedia technology as the foundation information technology took the research method, uses method and so on observation, on-the-spot investigation, experience summary, from the Man, Machine, the Material, the Method, Environment five aspects, in the S group working procedure the general equipment department quality control does a system research. The paper through to the S group working procedure in the general equipment department quality control investigation and study, was introducing the S group produces the quality control survey, after and its the general equipment department quality control experience and the insufficiency, has analyzed in the general equipment department quality control question.
