【摘要】 资本市场是市场经济中要素市场的重要组成部分,它通过若干机制对经济增长产生影响。我国资本市场从1980年代起步至今,已经取得相当的发展,对经济增长产生了一定的推动作用。与全国资本市场相比,甘肃资本市场的发展表现出强烈的滞后性,探索这种滞后性形成的原因及寻找推进甘肃资本市场发展的对策建议正是本论文的初衷之所在。 论文在明确资本市场作用于经济增长的机制的基础上,首先对甘肃资本市场发展滞后的表现做出描述性实证分析,结果表明,甘肃资本市场在规模、结构、发展速度和上市公司经营业绩等方面均具有很强的滞后性;其次,从定性和定量两个角度分析滞后性的影响,结论是,甘肃资本市场发展滞后导致资本市场应有之基本功能缺失,资本市场对经济增长的推动作用十分微弱;再次,通过对滞后状态形成原因的探讨,发现甘肃资本市场除受全国资本市场发展不景气影响之外,制度、经济发展水平、产业生命周期以及公司治理等因素均对其产生重要影响;最后,针对滞后性形成的主要原因,论文从发展实体经济、培育规范资本市场主体以及进行资本市场制度创新等三方面提出了推进甘肃资本市场发展的具体对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Capital Market is an important element of the market economy and it has an important impact on economic growth through some mechanisms. Chinese Capital Market has achieved considerable development, and played a certain role in promoting economic growth from the 1980s until now, Gansu Capital Market, compared with the National Capital Market, demonstrates strong lag. The main purpose of the article is to explore the trails for Gansu Capital market development by analyzing the reasons that Gansu capital market lagged behind.Based on the recognition of the importance of the capital market on economic growth, firstly, the article makes an empirical analysis on the development of Gansu capital markets, and it turns out to be that Gansu capital market demonstrates strong lag on size, structure, development speed and performance of listed companies. Secondly, through qualitative and quantitative analyses of the impact of lag, we draw the conclusion that the reason that the development of Gansu capital market lagged leads to deficiencies of the basic functions of the capital market and the capital market played the slightest role on economic growth. Thirdly, through exploring the reason, we find that Gansu capital market is not only affected by the depression of the national capital market, but the systems, level of economic development, Industry life cycle and the corporate governance also contributes a lot to this. Finally, according to the main reason, this article gives some specific suggestions on how to cope with the lag to advance the development of Gansu capital markets, including developing entity economy, fostering and standardizing the subjects of capital market, innovating market system and so on.更多还原
