【摘要】 网络高等教育是信息化社会的一种新的高等教育模式,是高等教育在网络时代的重要发展方向。我国网络高等教育从1999年开始到今天已经有7年的历史了,网络高等教育在创造巨大学习机会,促进经济发展的同时,也暴露出越来越多的问题。本文在分析网络高等教育存在问题的基础上,认为其健康发展必须有科学、规范的制度作基础。基于此,笔者建议在网络高等教育领域导入ISO9000质量管理体系。本论文主体共分四部分: 第一部分 提出问题。针对网络高等教育当前存在的诸多问题,建议在网络高等教育领域导入ISO9000质量管理体系。 第二部分 分析问题。通过对网络高等教育导入ISO9000质量管理体系的必要性和可行性进行分析,得出ISO9000族标准是能够导入到网络高等教育领域的。 第三和第四部分 解决问题。分别从网络高等教育ISO9000内部质量管理体系的构建和网络高等教育ISO9000外部质量管理体系的构建两个方面对网络高等教育领域导入ISO9000族标准进行了理论分析。 本文通过提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路,从理论上基本阐明了网络高等教育领域应该导入ISO9000质量管理体系、导入该体系是必要的和可行的以及如何导入等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Web-based higher education is a new pattern of the higher education in the information-based society. And it is an important developmental direction of the higher education in network times. It has been seven years since our country started web-based higher education from 1999. Web-based higher education provides more educational opportunities, promotes economy development, and also exposes more and more questions. On the basis of analyzing all the questions, the author thinks that the healthy development of web-based higher education must be based on the scientific, standard system. Considering that, the author suggests introducing the IS09000 quality management system into the web-based higher education. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is to propose the question. Considering current questions of web-based higher education, this paper suggests introducing the IS09000 quality management system into the web-based higher education.The second part is to analyze the question. By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of introducing the IS09000 quality management system into the web-based higher education, we can draw a conclusion that IS09000 system can be introduced into the field.The third and fourth parts are to solve the problem. In these two parts, the author makes the theoretical analysis from two aspects, interior and exterior, aiming to construct IS09000 quality management system in web-based higher education.With the thought of proposing the questions, analyzing the questions and solving the problems, this paper has basically expounded the flowing questions: the web-based higher education should use for reference the IS09000 quality management system, using this system for reference is necessary and feasible, and the questions of how to introduce.更多还原
