基于AT89C51的多功能智能实验测试仪器的设计与实现

【摘要】 物理和电子实验教学在高等工科教育中起着相当重要的作用,但是长期以来教学实验设备的落后在很大程度上制约了物理和电子实验教学质量的提高。本文针对物理和电子实验教学的需要,基于AT89C51单片机设计并完成了一个多功能智能实验仪器,并进行了仿真调试和对比测试。 本论文主要研究工作有以下几个方面: 分析了AT89C51芯片的结构、原理,结合定时器/计数器8253和可编程并行接口8255,设计了AT89C51的扩展系统; 在分析了现有实验设备的不足的基础上提出了多功能智能实验仪器的总体设计,包括系统硬件部分的组成、原理、实现方法; 采用汇编语言编写了系统的应用软件; 在分析了通讯接口理论的基础上采用了RS232C标准接口与PC机通讯,并给出了通讯软件的流程图; 采用DVCC-51开发机结合系统的软、硬件进行了系统仿真调试。 本论文主要成果是将AT89C51芯片应用到多功能智能实验仪器中,使实验仪器具有综合测试的功能,并且改善了测量的精确度和稳定性,可以取代目前的毫秒计、测频仪和函数信号发生器等多种实验仪器,提高了实验教学效率和质量。同时可以响应来自微机串口的指令将测量值送至PC机,而后PC机可以通过打印机或显示器,向用户随时提供各种统计报表。实验仪器既可以单独使用,也可以作为网络的一个节点,增强实验仪器使用的灵活性。 通过对所设计的多功能智能实验仪器进行系统仿真调试,并和目前常用的其他实验仪器进行性能比较,本论文设计的多功能智能实验仪器具有突出的优点,能替代目前现有的多种实验仪器,高质量的完成实验教学任务。
【Abstract】 Physics and electronics experimental teaching takes an important part in higher engineering education.However, for a long past time the fallen behind teaching experimental equipment restricted the improvement of teaching quality of physics and electronics to certain extent. Aiming on the need of physics and electronics teaching, basing on AT89C51 SCM designing the presentation finished a multifunctional experiment instruments, emulated debugging and compared test.The main research in the presentation:Analyzed the configuration and principle of AT89C51 chip, designed the extended system of AT89C51 combining the timer and counter 8253 to the programmable collateral interface 8255;Brought forward total design of multifunctional intelligent experimental instruments on the basic of the lack of modern experimental equipment, including the composing, principle and implement method of system hardware;Programmed the applied software in assembly language;Communicated with PC adopting RS232C standard interface on basic of analyzing the theory of communicate interface;System emulated debugging adopting DVCC-51 developer with system software and hardware.The main productions of the presentation is applying AT89C51 chip to multifunctional intelligent experimental instruments , making experimental instruments have synthetical testing function, and improving precision and stability, can replace many existing experimental instruments such as millisecond counter, a frequency measurement meter, and function generator and so on, enhances efficiency and quality of experimental teaching. At the same time, it can response instruction from microcomputer serial interfaces, send measured data to PC, then PC supply every Stat excels to users through printer or monitor at any moment. Experimental instruments can be applied alone, and can be a node, strengthen the flexibility of the performance of experimental instruments.The presentation has the multifunctional intelligent experimental instruments system emulated debug, and compares the performance with existing common-use experimental instruments. The multifunctional intelligent experimental instruments designed in the presentation has outstanding advantages , can replace many experimental instruments at present, can finish the task of experiment and teaching excellently.
