肌电引导仪的设计

【摘要】 把A型肉毒毒素注射到靶肌肉中是治疗肌肉痉挛性疾病较好的方法。越来越多的资料表明,更加准确的选择靶肌肉进行注射,对许多肉毒毒素注射治疗的适应症可提高疗效,减少不良反应。而在肌电引导下可以更准确的选择靶肌肉。目前探测靶肌肉主要凭医生的感觉和经验或者是借助于大型肌电图仪,但前者定位不准,影响疗效;后者费用昂贵。本文研制了一种操作简单、界面直观、携带方便、成本较低,便于医生确定靶肌肉以提高诊断治疗效果的肌电引导仪。 肌电引导仪包括专用的肌电引导针电极及与之配套的肌电引导仪。针电极采集的信号通过低噪声信号放大器进行两级放大,前级放大电路输出的信号经过DC-DC隔离耦合到后级放大电路。前置放大电路由高输入阻抗低噪声的放大器和隔离电源组成,负责人体肌电信号的采集和初步处理。后置放大器主要是将前置放大器的输出信号与计算机进行隔离,并进一步放大肌电信号,以满足后续信号处理的要求。在计算机中进行信号滤波,最后把肌电信号分别转换成声音和图像信息。一方面通过扬声器发出病变肌电声音;另一方面通过屏幕将肌电信号转换成图像输出。 该肌电引导仪采用独立的隔离电源,肌电信号也采用隔离传输的方式,整个仪器完全符合医学仪器的电气安全。另外,在信号的滤波中,着重考虑了工频干扰的去噪。

【Abstract】 A better way to cure muscle convulsive disease is inject A type cretoxin into the lesion muscles . The lesion muscles can be selected more exactly through the electromyogram-lead instrument. More and more information indicate that it will improve curative effect and make less bad effect for the disease which can be cured by botulinium toxin. And now how to find the lesion muscle is through the doctor’s feeling and experience or recur to electromyography which brings much difficult. The text developed an electromyogram-lead instrument, which is simply operate, lower cost and easy to find the lesion muscle.The electromyogram-lead instrument include needle electrode and electromyogram-lead instrument which matchs it. The signal import from the needle electrode then it will be magnified in two levels through the amplifier which is low-yawp. The signals output from the front level amplifier couple into the back level amplifier through the transformer. The front level circuit is made up by high input impedance and low-yawp amplifier and isolated power supply. The circuit collects and dispose primaly electromyogram signal. The function of the back level circuit is to amplify the signal from the front level circuit father. And it will put the end signal into the computer through insulated steps. The signal will be filtered by the program and transferred into sound and image.The electromyogram-lead instrument use absolute isolated power supply and the signal transform is also isolated. The instrument measures up to the electric safe rules of the medical instrument. Remove the industry frequency is be emphasized.
