基于磁声电相互耦合的生物组织成像方法研究

【摘要】 生物医学成像作为生物医学工程的一个重要分支,在病情诊断及身体检查中发挥着重要的作用。 交变电流流过恒定磁场中的生物组织,带电离子受到Lorentz力作用而产生与交变电流同频率的机械振动,发生声音信号。该声音信号包含了生物组织电特性的信息,可以通过声传感器检测。根据以上原理,本文提出了利用电、声传感器分别在两个正交方向上扫描、并利用磁声电相互耦合作用测量生物组织特性、进而进行图像重建的方法。 本文优化设计了磁声电相互耦合生物组织电特性成像的实验装置。利用该实验装置,以琼脂凝胶物理模型为对象,在对琼脂凝胶分区物理模型扫描成像的基础上,还利用生物组织进行了初步实验,取得了良好的效果。 该成像方法对组织无损安全,有可能为医学影像诊断提供了新的手段。
【Abstract】 Medical imaging, one of the research branches in biomedical engineering, plays an important role in improving medical diagnosis and treatment.When alternative current flows through bio tissue in a static magnetic field, charged ion will oscillate at the same frequency as the current caused by Lorentz force, which generates acoustic signal. The acoustic signal contains the information of electric property of the bio-tissue, which can be detected by an acoustic sensor. According to this theory, the dissertation presents a noval bio tissue imaging method by scanning the tissue with electric and acoustic sensors in two orthogonal directions and detecting bio tissue character by coupling of magnetic acoustic and electric fields.In the dissertation, a new experimental system is optimized to image bio tissue coupling of magnetic, acoustic and electric fields. Besides imaging the gel physical model, the preliminary experiment with bio tissue is also carried out. And the result is favorable.The method is noninvasive and harmless to tissue, so that has potential to be applied as a noval medical imaging method for diagnosis.
