【摘要】 随着各种医学成像技术的不断发展,医学影像诊断检查与PACS系统在近20年内得到了迅猛的发展。影像诊断报告由于具有重要的临床诊断、教学科研、医疗举证价值,是PACS系统信息输出的重要组成部分,得到了越来越广泛的重视。 由于PACS诊断报告系统长期以来采用的是数据库结合自由文本的方式进行管理与存储,缺乏标准和规范,难以实现跨科室范围的报告数据共享和对于诊断报告数据的挖掘利用,阻碍了诊断报告价值的进一步体现。 本文通过对于诊断报告系统现状的分析以及相关技术的研究,认为IHE技术框架和结构化文档技术是解决这些问题的关键所在。在此基础上,本文做了以下几方面的研究工作,具体包括: 研究DICOM SR和XML技术,分别基于DICOM SR和XML技术设计了结构化诊断报告文档。 研究IHE技术框架相关内容,基于报告工作流集成模型设计了PACS报告工作流程方案。 基于IHE技术框架设计思想和结构化文档技术,设计了Full-PACS中的报告系统,实现了诊断报告的跨科室共享和结构化诊断报告生成。 对PACS诊断报告系统各模块进行了具体的设计,实现了PACS诊断报告工作站。 经过实际环境下的运行测试,本文设计并实现的PACS报告系统能够较好的解决医疗环境中诊断报告面临的难以实现有效数据共享和数据挖掘的问题,并为PACS中诊断报告系统的开发提供了思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advance of varies medical imaging techniques, image diagnosis and PACS has been promptly developed in recent 20 years. As one of the main output information of PACS which has great values to clinical diagnosis, education and research, medical quotation, reporting is regarded to have more importance than ever.For the database and free text files are the main approaches of PACS reports management and achieving, it is difficult to realize report content sharing and report data mining in a cross-department scope.By analyzing the present developing situation of PACS reporting, this dissertation put forward that IHE technical framework and structured reporting are the key issues of PACS reporting. The dissertation presents the detail research on PACS reporting, including:Research DICOM structured reporting and XML techniques, and design structured report file frames based on them.Research IHE technique frame, and design PACS reporting work flow based on RWF integration profile.Design Full-PACS reporting system based on IHE and structured file techniques.Design the modules of PACS reporting system and develop PACS reporting workstation.The result of PACS reporting system on clinical experiments proves that the methods in this dissertation solve the problems of reporting data sharing and mining in clinical environment and provide reasonable ways to standardize the PACS reporting system.更多还原
