高中数学教师专业知识发展研究

【摘要】 教育的最终目的是为了促进学生的发展。教师及其专业知识水平不仅影响着教学的实施,而且影响着学生的学习。教师具备什么样的知识必将对学生的未来发展产生极大的影响。随着我国高中课程改革的深入开展,教师专业知识及教师教育都将面临新的问题和挑战。新课程改革能否顺利实施,教师专业知识的发展起着至关重要的作用。 本论文重点研究的是高中数学教师的专业知识发展问题。总体而言,文章分为三大板块:有关高中数学教师专业知识的理论分析,新课程改革下高中数学教师专业知识现状的调查分析和高中数学教师专业知识的发展途径。 具体说来,在第一个板块,论文首先阐述了“知识”这一概念,重点介绍了后现代主义视野下的知识观,这是本文的认识论基础。然后,从内涵和外延两方面对“数学教师专业知识”的概念进行了界定,这是本文的一个创新之处,已有的研究对此往往只是进行介绍性的描述,缺乏完整性和严密性。接下来,对各种有关教师专业知识分类的观点进行梳理,并结合我国高中数学教学的实情,提出了一个较为全面的、适合我国教育现状的高中数学教师专业知识的分类模型,这是本文的另一个创新之处。最后,介绍高中数学教师专业知识的发展机制,为后面有关发展途径的研究建立理论基础。 第二个板块,本文在前面所进行的理论分析的基础上,设计了高中数学教师专业知识现状的调查问卷,并结合访谈法进行了实证研究。通过对调查结果的分析,得出结论:高中数学教师的专业知识水平还不能很好的适应新课程的要求,尚需大力发展。 因此,本文在第三个板块中介绍了高中数学教师专业知识发展的几种主要途径,并对实施时的注意事项提出了建设性的建议,期望能对广大教师有所帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 The final purpose of education is for students’ development. Teacher and his level of knowledge affect not only the implementation of teaching but also the learning of students. What knowledge a teacher owns will have a great influence on students’ future development. Along with further development of curriculum reform in senior high school, they will face new problems and new challenges in teachers’ professional knowledge and teacher education. Whether the new curriculum reform can be successfully put in practice, the development of teachers’ professional knowledge will play a very important roll.This paper will mainly study the development of professional knowledge of teachers in senior high school, who teach mathematics. In a word, there are three parts in this paper: the theoretic analysis of teachers’ professional knowledge in mathematics, the investigation of the current level of teachers’ professional knowledge, and the approach to develop teachers’ professional knowledge.Concretely, in the first part, we expatiate with the concept of knowledge, which is the epistemology base. Then we explain the concept of teachers’ professional knowledge in mathematics from two sides: the meaning and the extension. This is one innovation of my paper. And we advance an all-around model of the types of teachers’ professional knowledge, by cleaning up other ideas. This is another innovation. At last, the paper analyses the mechanism of developing knowledge.In the second part, we make an investigation on the current level of teachers’ professional knowledge. And we have found that teachers are not up to the demands of new course.So, in part three, the paper introduces some approaches of developing teachers’ professional knowledge in mathematics, putting out the matters to pay attention to.
