大型注塑模设计知识管理系统研究

【摘要】 “十五”期间,我国模具行业发展迅速,产需两旺,但行业综合水平落后的面貌并没有得到根本改变,尤其是在大型、精密、复杂注塑模具方面,与国外还存在较大差距:从设备上看相差5年以上,从管理上看相差8年以上,从技术和人才上看相差10年以上。换言之,大型注塑模设计水平低、管理技术落后已成为制约我国模具行业进一步发展的瓶颈。面对这一发展瓶颈,随着企业信息化建设水平的提高和自身管理意识的增强,众多国内模具企业加大了对以产品数据为代表的显性知识的管理力度,从小型的图文档管理到企业级的产品数据管理,已经初步实现了由人工管理到计算机管理的转变,但对于存在于人们潜意识之中且对企业技术创新起决定性作用的经验型知识(隐性知识)的管理却没有采取相应的管理措施。 鉴于这一现状,本文围绕广东省关键领域重点突破项目“汽车大型精密复杂注塑模具数字化制造”(项目编号:2004A10402001),选取以汽车保险杠模具为代表的大型注塑模为研究对象,将知识管理的先进管理理念引入大型注塑模设计知识管理领域,应用Borland Delphi 7.0开发工具和MSSQL Server 2000数据库平台,构建大型注塑模设计知识管理系统,为突破当前模具行业面临的发展瓶颈进行有益的探索。本文的研究内容主要包含以下几点: 1.通过对当前知识管理理论的研究,分析了知识、知识管理、知识管理系统与信息、信息管理、信息管理系统之间的联系与区别,并结合大型注塑模设计流程及其设计知识体系结构,提出了大型注塑模设计知识管理模型。 2.将知识管理的先进管理理念引入大型注塑模设计知识管理领域,并从知识管理的角度对大型注塑模设计知识进行分类,研究了不同形式的知识实现管理的方法,构建了大型注塑模设计知识管理系统的整体框架,同时研究该系统实现的关键技术。 3.研究了大型注塑模设计知识中显性知识的编码方法和隐性知识的知识分布导图构建方法。 4.采用Borland Delphi 7.0与MSSQL Server2000开发了大型注塑模设计知识管理系统,初步实现了大型注塑模设计知识的浏览、查询以及知识的共享、

【Abstract】 The die & mould industry developed very rapidly during the "Ten Five" in our country. The output of mold production and the volume of demand are increasing under the drive of national economy development and the encouragement of national industry policy. But the laggard integrated level of whole mold industry was not radically changed, especially in the large precise complex injection mold production area, there is a largish disparity compared to the developed countries: the equipment backwards above 5 years;the management backwards above 8 years;the technology and the technologist backwards above 10 years. In other words, it has become a bottleneck on the future development of nation mould industry that the low capacity of large injection mold design and the out-of-date level of control. Whereas this present status in mould industry, lots of mould enterprises have been on to the importance of the explicit knowledge management with the development of information technology and the mould enterprise management consciousness enhancement. Many mould enterprises have used the computer to manage the product data and information. For example, the product data management (PDM) had used in many enterprises. But most of them have not take any measurement to manage the tacit knowledge like the designers’ experience that is very importance to the technique innovation.The thesis is concerned mainly on the project of "The digitized manufacture of car’s large precise complex injection mold", which is a key industries project of the Guangdong province. On the basis of studying about the design knowledge of the large injection mold like the fender-guard, we develop the design knowledge management system of large injection mold that is based on Borland Delphi 7.0 and MS SQL Server 2000. This paper mainly includes the following contents:1. By combining the research on the current knowledge management (KM) theories and the analysis of relationship and differences between knowledge management and information management with the analysis of design cycle and design knowledge architecture of large injection mold, the management model of large injection mold design knowledge was constructed.2. The knowledge management was brought into the field of large injection mold design knowledge management. On the point of knowledge management view, the large injection mold design knowledge was classed, and their management methods were researched. Finally, the large injection mold design knowledge management system was constructed.3. The whole design knowledge of large injection mold was divided into two parts: the explicit knowledge and the tacit knowledge. The method of coding management was used to manage the explicit knowledge, and the knowledge distribution map was used to manage the tacit knowledge.4. Adopting Borland Delphi 7.0 and MSSQL Server 2000, we developed the large injection mold design knowledge management system. This software primarily achieves the following functions such as: browse, search, share and communicate with each other and so on.According to the research, we achieved the management of large injection mold design knowledge primarily and developed the software. Users can search the knowledge rapidly, calculate conveniently, browse the knowledge distribution and through it to find the information of the expert through this management platform. Others, the system has the following features: simple interface, easy to use, favorable man-machine conversation, expandability, transplantation, and so on.
