钢结构侧板加强式刚性梁柱连接试验研究

【摘要】 正在修订的《高层民用建筑钢结构技术规程》(JGJ99)拟推荐几种有良好抗震性能的梁柱刚性连接形式,隔板贯通式箱形截面柱与梁端翼缘侧板加强式工字形截面梁的刚性连接是其中的一种。本文的试验即是为高钢规的修订提供试验依据。 本文参考日本2001年11月颁布的《钢构造接合部设计指针》对该连接形式的设计建议给出了加强侧板构造要求和计算公式,并结合我国有关规范提出了侧板加强式刚性梁柱连接的设计步骤和梁柱刚性连接设计的“实用计算法”,并在此基础上设计了4个1/2缩尺模型的T形连接试件,分别考虑了梁翼缘宽厚比、腹板高厚比及不同加强方式的影响,然后进行了低周往复荷载作用的伪静力试验并对试验现象及试验结果进行了分析。 试验结果表明,侧板加强式刚性梁柱连接的强度和刚度较好但变形能力稍差,除试件SMF-4因焊缝质量问题刚达到最大承载力就过早破坏外,其他3个试件的塑性变形能力只是刚刚达到或接近美国抗震规范关于特殊抗弯钢框架塑性转动能力的要求。主要原因是侧板与梁翼缘的对接焊缝的影响使得加强区外焊接热影响区母材变脆而发生脆性撕裂。因此,要在高烈度抗震设防地区采用这一加强形式,必须改进这种连接缺陷,才能保证连接的变形能力满足要求。 最后,根据试验结果提出了设计和施工建议,供规程制定和工程设计参考。

【Abstract】 Several types of rigid beam-column connections used in high seismic region will be recommended by presently revised "Technical specification for steel structure of tall buildings" (JGJ99), one of which is beam-through type box-column connected to H-shaped beam with side-plate reinforced beam flanges. The aim of experiment in this paper is to provide the reference dara for revising the Specification.The details and design formula of side plates were provided based on the suggestion of "Recommendation for Design of Connections in Steel Structures" published in November 2001 in Japan. Then the design procedure and practical design formula were given in terms of relative Chinese codes. On the basis of above suggestions, 4 one-half scale T-shape specimens were designed, among which the influences of ratios of width-to-thickness and height-to-thickness of beam flanges were considered, together with different reinforced types. After that, experiment was carried out with cyclic loading, the phenomena of test were described, and the test results were analyzed.The test results revealed that the connections of this type had a good performance on the strength and rigidity, but not very well on plastic deformation, except SMF-4 was fractured quickly after maximum bearing capacity reached due to poor quality of butt welds, the plastic rotation of the other three specimens was justly reached or approached the demand of Special Moment Frame by AISC seismic specification. This was due to the heat effect of welding to connect the side plates and the beam flanges, which caused brittle tear of beam flanges in the heat effect zone outside of reinforced part. To satisfied the demand of plastic deformation, this defect must be overcame if this type of reinforced connection if it was used in the zone of high seismic fortification intensity.At the end of the paper, suggestions on design and construction were proposed accordingthe test results, which might direct the revising of specification and practical design.
