【摘要】 房地产开发企业的传统经营管理模式面临着知识经济的巨大冲击。如何对散落在企业内外的知识进行搜集和应用是摆在房地产开发企业面前的一个重要课题。虽然此前已有许多关于知识管理的文献,但是针对房地产开发企业知识管理的探讨却很少。本文围绕房地产开发企业的经营特点,主要研究了房地产开发企业的知识资源分类、知识库的建设、知识管理平台的构建以及知识管理体系的评价原则。 论文基于企业核心竞争力的概念以及知识管理的理论,研究了企业核心竞争力的结构和特征,以及知识管理对企业核心竞争力的作用;阐述了房地产企业进行知识管理的必要性和可行性;分析了房地产企业的知识资源分类、企业知识流程、知识管理的运作环境,构建了房地产企业的知识库;提出了房地产企业如何结合实际情况,构建知识管理平台;并尝试利用平衡记分卡理论,围绕知识管理战略,从企业财务、客户、内部流程以及企业与员工的学习和成长四个角度构建企业知识管理系统的评估体系。 通过本文对房地产开发企业知识管理系统性的研究成果,为我国的房地产开发企业在进行知识管理和资源整合提供了有用的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, real-estate developing enterprises have to be faced with new economic trends. Knowledge is regarded as a valuable strategic asset. How to capture and disseminate knowledge that exits in the organization throughout the organization is becoming an important problem to the Real-estate developing enterprises. However, there is no research that has been done regarding how to combine Knowledge Management with real-estate developing enterprises.This paper revolves the management characteristics of real-estate developing enterprises, mainly discussed the classification of knowledge resources, and advanced a management platform and an index system for evaluating situation.First, we discussed the necessity for real-estate developing enterprises of practicing knowledge manegement. Then there is a review of Knowledge and KM., we classified the knowledge resources of real-estate developing enterprises. The paper advises a knowledge-based management system for real-estate developing enterprises. After introducing popular technology tools, this paper advises an index system for evaluating organization’s KM. situation.The analyzing, discussing and studying to the theory and application of KM. in information management of the real-estate developing enterprises will offer useful information for practing on knowlwdge management and integration of the resources in the real-estate developing enterprises.更多还原
